0.1783 This number: ADA bulls have been watching it for a week. The Dijkstra route chart was just released yesterday, yet the price first shrank toward the bottom of the box.
――― Direction: Wait with reduced volume. If it breaks 0.1783 with increased volume, then make your move. If it falls below 0.1719, flip short immediately.
$ADA current price is 0.1751. The upgraded roadmap was released on August 18 in the afternoon (AMBCrypto, 9 hours ago). According to the script, at this time it should ramp up with a volume surge—but in reality, the volume of the last 3 completed candles is only 75%-92% of the 24-hour average volume. The closer you get to the news, the fewer people are willing to take delivery.
In the 72-hour box, it’s only a narrow gap of 0.1719–0.1783, a 3.7% range. The RSI at 46.5 is stuck right in the middle, with price repeatedly crossing near the EMA—classic: both longs and shorts are waiting for the other side to move first.
My take: With the “good news” landing, the volume actually shrinks. That means the holders haven’t exited, but sidelined liquidity hasn’t entered either. Under this structure, the probability of breaking downward is not low—higher than breaking upward. I set two price alerts: one at 0.1783 and one at 0.1719.
Strategy: At the current price of 0.1751, I won’t touch it. Only consider going long if the 1-hour closing price is above 0.1783 and volume is greater than 2.2 million (the 24h average volume). Target: 0.185. If the candle closes below 0.1719, flip short and look for 0.165. The stretch in between is someone else’s battlefield.
