Ethereum is reacting to persistent U.S. spot ETF outflows (October total near $1.1B) as institutional redemptions continue, while record staking levels and corporate accumulation (e.g.
$BTC TC is currently at $82,880, moving UP 0.2% today.
Key level to watch: $84,800
What's driving the move: Mild consolidation after yesterday’s short squeeze that wiped out ~$188M in shorts, supported by risk-on equity sentiment (SpaceX earnings + AI strength) and easing macro pressures.
Monero futures are again heating with leverage, raising volatility risks
Open interest has topped $300 million and price is back above $600. A similar setup was seen before January's crash. The last Time we reached that amount of Open Interest was in Jan 2026. Monero Crashed 66% in the next 20 days. I Smell a very big Liquidation Event on XMR,” said pseudonymous crypto analyst Doctor Profit, who correctly called BTC’s 2025 top and pivoted to accumulation in July this year. Open interest is tracked in dollars and in coins. Traders use the two differently. The dollar figure shows the current size of the market’s positions and lets traders compare monero with other cryptocurrencies. Liquidations are also typically reported in dollars, so a larger dollar figure points to a larger potential wave of forced selling. Open interest is also rising in coin terms. At 515.73K XMR, it is at a five-week high and up sharply from 400K XMR a week ago. This leverage boosts gains when the market moves as expected, but when it doesn’t, the margin is eaten away. At some point, the exchange steps in and closes the position to prevent the trader’s losses from exceeding the collateral they posted and to protect the exchange from unpaid losses. That’s what happened in January when open interest hit a record high alongside a price rise, reflecting an overcrowding of longs. The spot price hit a high of around $790 on Jan. 14. By the first week of February, it had crashed to under $300. This was characterized by liquidation of longs worth several million dollars, according to Coinglass. This time too, the spot price has risen with the open interest. Monero recently topped $600, the highest since January. #Write2Earn #gaming #Kriptocutrader #ZeusInCrypto #Notcoin👀🔥
SpaceX & Tesla Explore Merger That Would Unite Over 30,000 BitcoinWhat happened: Elon Musk confirmed on SpaceX’s Q3 earnings call that both companies have formed independent special committees to evaluate a potential merger. A deal would combine SpaceX’s ~18,712 BTC and Tesla’s ~11,509 BTC into one treasury of roughly 30,221 BTC (≈ $2.5B at current prices).
coindesk.com
Why traders are watching: It signals ongoing corporate conviction in Bitcoin as a treasury asset from two of Musk’s biggest companies. BTC has pushed to a one-week high near $83,500 on the back of strong SpaceX earnings and an Asian tech/AI rebound, with traders watching for any further upside momentum.
Crypto rises with Asian tech stocks, zcash extends gain after setting upgrade date
Bitcoin rose to a one-week high as Asian tech stocks rebounded and SpaceX and Tesla formed committees to explore a merger. Solana’s Alpenglow, its biggest network overhaul since 2020, goes live Wednesday
Alpenglow will replace the voting system Solana has used since 2020, targeting roughly 150-millisecond finality after months of testing that included a failed migration and rollback. Alpenglow pulls that voting off the chain and bundles votes into certificates that can lock in a transaction in one or two rounds. If the 150-millisecond target holds up on mainnet, a Solana transaction would be settled in less time than it takes to blink. Six seconds is a long time in a fast market, where a price can move before a trade is locked in, and exchanges and payment apps make users wait before treating a deposit as done. But cutting that to a fraction of a second gets Solana much closer to the feel of a card payment or a trade on a centralized exchange (Ethereum, by comparison, takes roughly 13 minutes to reach full finality). "Solana's transaction count is going to look a lot lower this week, and people will ask if something's wrong. It isn't,” shared Robin Nordnes, CEO and founder of Raiku, which builds trading infrastructure on Solana, in an email.. “Most of what got counted before was validators voting, and that's off-chain now. The trading's all still there.” The test network was wiped and restarted from scratch six times since launching in early May, and one attempt to migrate to the new system failed network-wide and had to be rolled back, according to a post from Galaxy Digital, one of roughly 100 validator operators on the test network. A later migration went through, clearing the way for Wednesday’s launch. The switch is set for the start of epoch 1064 on Wednesday, with the actual change at slot 459,653,000 after a 5,000-slot transition. #Write2Earn #solana #Kriptocutrader #ZeusInCrypto #BTC走势分析
A company that vouches for websites had secret keys so weak that 8 of them were cracked
Eight secret keys at eMudhra, an Indian firm that vouches for websites, were compromised. Browsers and software makers are rushing out fixes When a user visits a website, their browser checks a digital certificate to confirm the site is real. Companies called certificate authorities issue those certificates, and eMudhra is one of them. It has issued more than 60 million certificates, according to The Register. Each certificate authority signs its certificates with a private key. Think of it as a master stamp. If someone steals or cracks that stamp, they can forge authentic-looking certificates for any website. As Crypto users could also be affected, though mainly outside the browser. Exchange bots, trading scripts and wallet backends often run on Python, Node or Go, and a forged certificate for an exchange’s API could in theory let an attacker on the same network read or alter a bot’s traffic. No crypto attacks have been reported so far. Browser makers and software developers have pushed out emergency fixes. Mozilla got the report just on Oct. 17 after 8 p.m. UTC and had a block in place about three hours later. Chrome blocked the certificates the same day. Apple followed on Oct. 19 and Microsoft on Oct. 20. eMudhra has also revoked them. The exact mechanics of how this disaster happened were laid bare in Mozilla's Official Security Bulletin. Helme's reading of a Mozilla bug ticket says eMudhra blamed a bug in its key-setup script. The real worry lies outside the browser. Many programs never check whether a certificate has been revoked. "So the fact that eMudhra and Sectigo have revoked these intermediates doesn't help them at all," Helme wrote. He says his tests showed tools like curl, Python, Node, Go and Java accepted a forged certificate for Stripe's API. Fixes are out for Go, Python's certifi package and Rust's webpki-roots. Node.js was still pending when last checked. #Write2Earn #icrypto #YapayzekaAI #Dogecoin #solana
ETH UPDATE 🔵 $ETH TH is trading around $2,450, up ~2.3%.
Ethereum is holding firm and bouncing despite recent spot ETF outflows (led by BlackRock), with support from ongoing corporate accumulation (BitMine near 5% of supply) and fresh institutional adoption like JPMorgan’s JPM Coin going live on mainnet.
Key level: $2,475 (near-term resistance) — hold above $2,400–$2,430 keeps the structure constructive.
🚨 Crypto headline: Bitcoin rebounds above $82,000 as China GDP beats estimates and oil prices fall
What happened: Bitcoin is trading near $82,200 after bouncing from Sunday’s low around $80,700, with DeFi tokens leading altcoin gains. China’s Q3 GDP came in at 4.5% (above forecasts), while oil retreated after the U.S. waived sanctions on Russian oil, lifting broader risk appetite and Nasdaq futures.
Why traders are watching: The bounce signals short-term relief after two weeks of pressure, but ongoing spot ETF outflows and the upcoming Fed meeting (Oct 27–28) remain key risks for whether this holds.
