Zhang Lei’s “LONGi Moment”: After a Loss of Hundreds of Millions, When “Friends of Time” Were Turned on by Time
On the last day of August 2026, LONGi Green Energy’s share price closed at 12.07 yuan, with a market cap of under one trillion yuan. Yet in that winter five years earlier, the company had been the brightest photovoltaic star in the A-share market, with its market cap exceeding 540 billion yuan. When Hillhouse Capital agreed to acquire a 6% stake for 15.8 billion yuan, the market hailed it as “the best footnote for value investing in China.” Today, Hillhouse has disappeared from LONGi’s list of top ten shareholders. Market estimates suggest that the actual net loss from this investment ranges from 7 billion to 10 billion yuan. Over six years, what exactly happened—from “textbook-style investing” to “textbook-level withdrawal,” and how did things change?
The thing the Chinese film industry is most worried about has arrived: 《牛来》 hasn’t been pulled from theaters as expected—instead, it’s been postponed. Now its box office is close to 60 million. Even funnier is that more and more films like 《牛来》 are flooding into cinemas. For example, in the third image, there’s this movie titled 《目不转睛》—one person handles all the work, taking solo operation to the extreme. It’s even better than what came before: after all, the creators behind 《牛来》 actually have two people. #牛来 $牛来
Did JT’s water army go into action? Everywhere there are posts blackening Sun Yuchen, saying he’s been put on some “hunting fox” list. I don’t think that’s possible. He’s in Hong Kong (he even posted a photo of him holding the Tron chain block hash and the Victoria Harbour skyline). If they wanted to catch him, why would they need a list? Just intercept him directly—Hong Kong has already been returned to China.
Think a little: this time, Hong Kong held the Bitcoin Asia conference in a high-profile way. Of all the big shots in the crypto world who came, who doesn’t have border-control and travel-related risks? Yet they all dared to come to Hong Kong openly to take part in a crypto conference, and openly exposed themselves on camera—this already says a lot. None of these people are lacking in brains, right? The ones lacking brains are the ones spreading rumors.
Yesterday I had dinner with a relative, and we talked about the egg/ovum incident. She doesn’t understand what cryptocurrency is, but she also cursed Sun’s “virtual currency” as a scam for taking people’s money. I told her, you should look at the data first: Tron (TRX), over 9 years since its launch, has increased by 226 times. In the past 5 years, up 4.7 times; in the past 3 years, up 4.5 times; in the past year, up 1.2 times.
Of course, I don’t encourage everyone to play with virtual coins, because the volatility is too high and most people can’t handle it. But if you say Sun scammed you out of how much money—that’s a bit far-fetched. You can’t just talk about getting beaten and ignore the gains. $TRX
Everyone remembers Lao Tang calling it bearish on the day Unitree Technology went public, right? Unfortunately, Lao Tang was right—Unitree Technology’s stock price halved in just 9 days. Who took home 100 billion yuan?
Everyone remembers Lao Tang calling it bearish on the day Unitree Technology went public, right? Unfortunately, Lao Tang was right—Unitree Technology’s stock price halved in just 9 days. Who took home 100 billion yuan?
On August 31, A-share’s “first listed humanoid robot stock,” Unitree Technology, plunged again by more than 4%, once falling below 560 yuan.
From the August 19 listing-day high of 1,100 yuan, in just nine trading sessions the stock price nearly halved, with its market value evaporating by more than 200 billion yuan.
On the day it opened and surged to 1,100 yuan, someone with one board lot had a peak unrealized profit of 470,000 yuan, and the whole internet was in an uproar. Looking back now, that 1,100-yuan opening price turned out to be the peak right from debut.
Yongqing Home Prices Plunged 85%: The Plans Were Fulfilled—So Why Did It Still Collapse?
In Yongqing in 2017, the entrance to the sales office was packed with Beijing-licensed cars. The pitch from intermediaries sounded like it had been copied and pasted—"The Daxing International Airport will begin operations in 2020, the R1 line is about to start construction, and Yongqing will be the next Yanjiao. If you don’t buy now, by two years from now the price will be over 30,000!" Around the model display, people crowded in. Some didn’t even look closely at the floor plan diagrams—just hearing the development plans was enough for them to put down deposits. At 3 a.m., outside the Yongqing Guorui City sales office, homebuyers brought small folding stools to line up. People used connections and asked sales reps to let them skip the queue, squeezing their way through the door; even all-cash buyers were afraid that if they were even a step late, they wouldn’t be able to get a unit.
That was the peak moment of Yongqing’s housing market. Housing prices started at just a few thousand yuan per square meter and then surged all the way up to 23,000.

GOAT Network @GOATNetwork With this new GOAT Flow, they essentially tear down the wall between AI agents and real commercial transactions.
In the past, when we built e-commerce or online payments, the checkout page was designed for humans: the buttons, captchas, and redirect flows—AI simply couldn’t make sense of it. GOAT Flow replaces that entire logic. What it provides to merchants is a checkout system that an AI agent can autonomously discover, read, and complete payments. That means in the future, when the AI helps you place an order, you won’t need to manually click through steps—the whole process runs automatically end to end.
More importantly, it covers payment methods broadly. GOAT Flow supports two payment paths: credit cards and crypto wallets. It currently spans more than ten major networks, and the official team has stated clearly that they will continue expanding. For merchants, the integration cost is extremely low—everything can be live in a few minutes, with zero technical background required. For users, this means when the AI helps you buy things, the payment step won’t become a bottleneck.
Every payment through GOAT Flow generates an irreversible receipt, secured at the underlying layer by the Bitcoin network. This design is quite smart—it effectively grafts Bitcoin’s consensus strength directly into AI payment scenarios. It not only guarantees the transaction’s immutability, but also allows the AI agent to complete payment actions smoothly both on-chain and off-chain.
GOAT Flow targets a rapidly growing need. AI agents are getting more capable—they can search for products, compare prices, and make decisions—but the final step, payment, is always a break point. GOAT Flow connects that break point, essentially completing the full loop from “thinking about buying something” to “finishing the purchase.”
The imagination space for this track is huge. As more and more merchants integrate GOAT Flow, the commercial scenarios that AI agents can reach will expand exponentially. On the merchant side, integrating a single system lets them receive payments from both credit cards and crypto wallets, and also makes them discoverable by AI agents—adding a whole new customer acquisition channel.
As AI agents continue to penetrate everyday life and business activities, GOAT Flow—serving as the payment infrastructure that connects AI and real transactions—will have its value validated in more and more scenarios. The room for future development is especially exciting.
Sometimes you can’t help but marvel: the heavens have created people in such wildly different ways. The differences between individuals are truly immense—even the temperaments of brothers can be completely different.
For example, some people can’t stay indoors even for a minute; they always want to get out, climb mountains, travel over rivers, and keep exercising nonstop. Others simply can’t understand that. They always want to stay at home, eat well, sleep well, and surf the internet and play games. Actually, each does what they like—there’s no real right or wrong.
What’s scary is when two different kinds of people are forced to live together. Then it’s exhausting. In the end, it often means one person has to give up their own hobbies just to accommodate the other, and maybe—worst case—they have to accommodate them for a whole lifetime. When you’re young, you can tolerate how beautiful the other person seems. But as time passes, as you get older, aesthetic fatigue sets in. You don’t want to compromise anymore, and that’s when conflicts finally appear.
So I’m very much against the idea that when looking for a partner, you should find someone “complementary.” In reality, there’s no real complement. It’s just one side making concessions to the other. It’s far better for two people of the same type to be together—it’s simpler, more comfortable, and more in sync. No one has to work hard to accommodate or please the other. If you love diving and climbing mountains, then I love that too. If you love staying home and playing games, I love that too. Then that’s true harmony—love like strings in tune, and a full moon over a shared night.
So remember: when you’re looking for someone, you must find someone who’s like you. Don’t find someone who’s “complementary.” Don’t, just— $SOL
Yesterday I saw Zhu Shuai’s posts on X, so I went to check what badges there are on my Binance Plaza. I didn’t expect it! I actually also got the same “30D Profit Leaderboard TOP” badge! Looks like a bull market really is here— even someone as old as Lao Tang, a thousand-year-old leek root, has started making profits. We finally made it through, and everyone has made money, right? Today I saw someone post that they earned 400,000 U in a year by making #币安广场 . Then I went back and算(算算)— let me calculate how much I made in this year: $BNB $SOL
Yesterday I had the chance to attend a performance at Beijing Renyi’s Little Theatre in person to watch this year’s College Students’ Drama Showcase—it was really great and incredibly精彩. The entire hall was packed, with every seat taken, and the atmosphere was very lively. Pay attention to the stage photo at the bottom where people are eating—I think I may have spotted an acquaintance from the crypto world. Can everyone recognize them? The schools that performed that day included Capital Normal University, Renmin University of China, Tianjin Normal University, Beijing Normal University, and the Central Academy of Drama. The young students’ performances were full of passion and very infectious. The Capital Normal University drama troupe’s “White Snow Pig Head” left a deep impression on me. Adapted from Su Tong’s short story, the plot was full of twists and turns; the performances were heartfelt and natural, and the director’s lighting transitions were extremely professional, capturing the essence of the original work. I have to say, the performance effects at Beijing Renyi’s Little Theatre are simply outstanding—once the lights come up, it feels like watching a movie. The facial expressions and color tones are crisp, clear, and bright; the sound effects are even better. The actors didn’t use microphones, yet every line was clearly heard by the whole audience. It was truly enjoyable. As expected of a top-tier national venue located in the very core of Beijing. I recommend that if you get the chance, go experience it yourself $BNB
What people are most concerned about now is: when will the next bull market come? CZ: Bitcoin will surpass gold’s market cap in the next bull run. Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong said in August 2025 that the price of Bitcoin could reach $1 million by 2030; a year later, after prices dropped by about 30%, he lowered his forecast to $300,000–$400,000.
Binance’s former CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) said in October 2025 that Bitcoin will surpass gold, but he did not provide a timeline. This week, after Bitcoin rose 27% over two weeks, he said Bitcoin would surpass gold’s market cap in the next bull market, and added that the $1 million target would be reached earlier than 25 years from now.
In November 2022, when Bitcoin was nearing $16,000, CZ said it was not dead, and in 2023 he predicted a bull market would emerge in 2025; his super-cycle call for 2026 later did not materialize. Earlier this month, Armstrong said there is a strong possibility that Bitcoin could reach $100,000 before the end of this year. $SOL
CZ spoke up—maybe it’s time to calm down a bit. Over the past two days, domestic media has completely gone wild: headlines, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu are all covered by the egg incident! Even the elderly couple downstairs are joyfully chatting about the gossip between Jing Tian and Sun Yuchen. What everyone cares about most is that it turns out trading coins is so profitable—Sun Ge is so young and yet has hundreds of billions! Some people say it’s a few trillion, or even tens of trillions! It’s all gone viral! I have no choice but to slip out on the edge, afraid that someone will stop me and ask, “Your coin-trading time seems even longer than Sun Yuchen’s. How much did you make? Why do you still look so poor?” $SOL

Wassh: AI may become the “new factor of production”; the annual Token sales of two major AI giants have already exceeded $100 billion
In a speech at Jackson Hole, Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Wassh specifically discussed artificial intelligence, saying that current AI development has become a “turning point in history,” and that its pace has even surpassed the most optimistic expectations from a few years ago. Wassh said that corporate capital expenditures are currently growing at the fastest rate since 2021, with an increase of about 9% over the past four quarters. More than half of this is related to AI buildouts, and going forward the focus will be on the “second-order changes” in AI capital expenditure growth—whether the growth rate continues to accelerate.
Wassh said that the annualized Token sales of two leading AI companies have now surpassed $100 billion, up more than 500% from a year earlier. He said the Fed has treated AI as “a new variable,” which could become a new factor of production, and that its development will affect economic growth and the setting of monetary policy.
Wassh also raised questions about whether AI can deliver sustained productivity gains, whether Token usage and labor are complementary or competitive, and ultimately who captures the economic surplus created by AI—AI labs, chip manufacturers, energy suppliers, or cloud service providers. There is still no clear answer.
The way a celebrity thinks—ordinary people can’t understand it. Jing Tian is 38 this year; acting-wise, she’s basically almost out of fashion. How could she not cherish a good thing like meeting Sun Ge, a single man who graduated from a top school, is fabulously wealthy, and—what’s more—he’s two years younger than her and is willing to marry her? Such a great opportunity, yet she doesn’t珍惜 it.
I just saw a post by @Jackyi_ld expressing her thoughts. If she had first had children with Sun Ge and had as many as possible, then it wouldn’t just be $50 million—$500 million would not be an issue either. The children would also have an inheritance right to assets worth a trillion.
Unfortunately, there’s no such thing as “if.” She was also sued to have to return a dowry of 30 million. Even her parents were named as defendants. No matter who wins or loses the case, her image has collapsed, and her career will definitely be greatly harmed. It’s really hard to understand. $TRX
