MEXC has just run into legal trouble, and now there’s a screenshot showing nearly 2,600 USDT deposited to Gate being reviewed for a refund. That’s pretty alarming.
The Arbitrum transaction currently says “Refund under review,” but it’s unclear whether it originated from MEXC or why it’s being reviewed.
We can’t say that Gate is blocking funds from MEXC. If you’re transferring coins right now, double-check everything and don’t panic over rumors.
- If you’re storing assets in the wallet, withdraw them now.
Keplr just warned that some wallets created with Google/Apple have shown unauthorized transactions, raising concerns about potential loss of funds.
Keplr has temporarily suspended Google/Apple sign-ins while it investigates with Web3Auth.
Everyone, please note:
- Don’t add any more funds to affected wallets. - Don’t import or recreate your wallet elsewhere. - Beware of fake links claiming to help recover your money.
Making money is hard enough, and after losing trades, if hackers drain all your capital too, I’m completely out of words :((((
Binance France hasn’t shut down yet, but people keeping money on the exchange are about to be charged fees.
Without a MiCA license, Binance France will close accounts on December 31. Starting November 29, remaining balances will incur a minimum fee of 10 USDC per month.
If you leave a few dozen dollars there and forget to withdraw them, the fees will gradually eat it all up. This only applies to Binance France, not globally.
Copy a wallet address, paste it, and it turns into a hacker’s wallet. One person says they lost nearly 3,000 USDT with a single Ctrl+V.
The malware swapped the address in the clipboard. According to the account, the funds passed through several wallets before reaching Binance.
The related account was reportedly frozen, but it’s unclear whether the money can be recovered. One failure to check the receiving wallet was enough to come at a steep cost.

BINANCE STANDS FIRM AFTER A $6.3 BILLION SHOCK, FULLY RESTORING INVESTOR CONFIDENCE.
A billion-dollar security incident is undoubtedly a major blow to any centralized exchange. But seeing how Binance handled the crisis makes it clear why it has consistently held the top spot.
Rather than leaving users to bear the consequences themselves, @binance committed to using its own resources to compensate for affected assets, raising more than $6.34 billion from the SAFU Fund and corporate capital.
Notably, around 95% of the affected assets have been replenished, while nearly $3 billion in assets linked to the attack have been frozen through cooperation with industry partners.
According to figures Binance provided to Reuters, the exchange has recorded approximately $2.7 billion in deposits since reopening withdrawals. Hourly deposit and withdrawal flows are also said to have nearly returned to normal.
An exchange is judged not only by whether it has ever experienced an incident, but also by how it protects its customers when a crisis occurs.
Trust cannot be built on promises alone. It must be proven through action, financial responsibility, and the ability to recover after the most difficult moments. @cz_binance
Everyone, take note, @ZetaChain is making a pretty surprising move on Kaito!
The project is reportedly stopping its Layer-1 development, moving $ZETA to Solana, and focusing on building its own private AI chatbot, somewhat similar to @askjuneai
ZetaChain has currently booked 2 posts on Kaito, and it seems to be looking for the Yapper community to spread the word about this pivot.
At minimum, you’ll post 2 quality posts, worth $200–$350 depending on how much you want to apply for. I’m going for $200.
