I've been keeping an eye on Dusk ($DUSK ) lately. Simply put, this project is about building a privacy-preserving compliant financial blockchain—meant for legitimate financial institutions and for tokenizing and putting assets on-chain. Here’s a quick summary of the hottest developments recently:
1. DuskEVM testnet launch
Previously, development was difficult; now, Ethereum developers can build privacy applications on top using familiar tools (like Solidity). DUSK is currently hovering around $0.075 to $0.08, with a market cap of only about $30–40 million—not that big. Compared with its historical peak of over $1 (in 2021), it’s down more than 90%, and it’s still trading at low levels.

After the mainnet went live in January 2026, it surged from under $0.5 to more than $0.3. It was quite lively for a while, then it fell again—dropping to around $0.1. Now it’s slowly climbing back up a bit.

In the past week, it’s up 15%–25%, and over the past month it’s up around 10%. That’s a little stronger than many other coins. But overall, it’s still consolidating at low levels—up and down is pretty normal.
