My perfect morning☀️I don't use an alarm clock. I leave the curtains open in the evening and wake up naturally. This decision helps to eliminate unnecessary stress at the moment of waking up.
🎇The first hour of the morning is the most important. It is divided by the principle of 20–20–20:
• 20 minutes of warm-up💪
I do basic exercises: squats, push-ups, abs. This helps me wake up, triggers the production of dopamine, and gradually improves physical fitness.
