A review of the last round of Niu Lai and Marscoin, and a look ahead.

Niu Lai is a pretty interesting meme, and it has started spreading widely across the Chinese internet. Many people overseas have also started promoting it on X, and now Niu Lai has opened trading on Flap in the crypto market.
Marscoin’s crypto-stock narrative is something new. It helps Binance promote stocks, and it has the backing of Unipcs, bringing people from China and abroad together. It launched with both attention and excitement.
Binance will never list a meaningless meme, especially one without traction. If you look at most of the golden dogs, you’ll see that their daily charts are almost all consecutive green candles right up until they’re listed on Binance.
Right now, the market needs memes like Niu Lai that really resonate with people. Last year, on October 1, after my Binance Twitter account was hacked, I had a hunch that the hacker might launch a coin. I bought 500 USDT worth of 4 at a market cap of over 200,000. Then 4 went to zero, so I bought another 500 USDT, for a total of around 8 million tokens. A minute later, the market instantly pumped it to a 100,000 market cap. A few hours later, after repeatedly pumping and dumping, it climbed past 1 million. Later, CZ gave it a shout-out, and it went to 20 million, then to 200 million.
Why did I sell at the time? Because Binance Wallet wouldn’t let me buy anymore—only sell. I never expected such a dramatic reversal afterward. It taught me a painful lesson: just because something isn’t supported now doesn’t mean it won’t be supported in the future. Here’s my old address: 0x12074c4ad0876b1ad02149d50e2aeb84765ea8ed. You can check the purchase history. It could have been a ten-million-dollar opportunity. Last year, Mubarak was being promoted by people all over the place, and even though I saw it, I didn’t get in. I thought buying a few thousand USDT worth was too risky, while a few hundred USDT didn’t seem worth it. I generally prefer buying round amounts of coins. Whether it’s 1%, 0.1%, or 0.5%, it’s all worth reflecting on.
For a meme to achieve major success in the future, it needs to be easy to spread and keep gaining momentum. Something needs to happen first, then the dog comes along. And every meme that gets listed on Binance has a mission: to bring in traffic and attract discussion and participation from people at home and abroad. I truly believe there will be golden dogs in the future, and that I’ll be able to buy in on day one. I’m looking forward to good things ahead. Success takes the right timing, place, and people. Even a well-funded dog-coin team has to wait for the right moment!
