What is impermanent loss?
It’s called “impermanent” because the loss disappears if prices return to their original levels. It only becomes a realized loss when you withdraw your liquidity.
To decide whether providing liquidity is worthwhile, compare the fees earned with the impermanent loss: if the fees don’t cover the loss, you’re better off simply holding the assets.
