#dusk $DUSK @Dusk_Foundation Years of work have gone into building The rails For regulated on-chain finance. The question now is simpler: is real usage starting to appear on them? The current numbers reveal an interesting gap. Daily transactions remain in the low hundreds (around 183–206), while active stake stands at 207.2M DUSK across 208 provisioners. DuskEVM testnet and SDK development continue to progress. Yet Dusk Trade remains pre-launch, with no clear public evidence of meaningful tokenized-asset volume settling on the network or generating significant fees. Staking secures the chain, but fee capture from actual activity remains limited. That isn’t necessarily a weakness. It’s the next milestone to watch. What would prove that the rails are gaining real traction? 1. Sustained growth in non-staking transactions 2. Trade going live with real users and assets 3. Fees becoming meaningful relative to emissions The infrastructure is largely in place. Now comes The harder test: does real Capital start flowing through it? Which of these three do you think moves first? #DuskNetwork

I’ve been looking at Dusk Network through one simple question: can blockchain give financial markets the transparency they need without exposing every sensitive transaction to the public? What interests me about Dusk is its focus on regulated financial applications. It is a Layer-1 blockchain designed around confidential transactions, digital assets and financial infrastructure rather than treating privacy as an afterthought. I find the Confidential Security Contract (XSC) approach particularly interesting. The idea is to create a framework where tokenised securities can follow rules around ownership, transfers and compliance while still benefiting from blockchain-based settlement. I also see value in Dusk’s use of zero-knowledge technology. It can allow certain information to be verified without revealing everything behind the transaction. For financial institutions, that balance could be important because privacy and verification often need to exist together. At the same time, I don’t see Dusk as a perfect solution. I think the real challenges are security, technical complexity, regulatory requirements, adoption and integration with existing financial systems. For me, the most interesting question is not whether blockchain can tokenize assets. We already know it can. The harder question is whether tokenised financial markets can operate privately while remaining compliant and verifiable. I see Dusk as an interesting experiment in solving that problem. Its long-term significance will depend on how well the technology works in real-world financial environments. I’m watching one question closely: can Dusk successfully balance privacy, compliance and transparency without creating another layer of complexity? #DuskNetwork #BlockchainLifeAwards2024 . @Dusk_Foundation #dusk $DUSK {future}(DUSKUSDT) $PROM {future}(PROMUSDT) $TAC {future}(TACUSDT)

🔐 Everyone talks about EVM compatibility. I’m more interested in one question: can developers actually USE the privacy? That’s what makes Hedger on DuskEVM interesting to me. A Solidity developer already knows the usual flow: read state → execute logic → produce a result. Now add confidential data to that workflow and things can get complicated very quickly. Dusk appears to be taking a different approach: letting Solidity applications work through DuskEVM, while DuskDS remains underneath for settlement and data availability. And honestly, this is where the real test begins. 👀 Saying “Dusk is EVM compatible” sounds great. But compatibility alone isn’t enough. If developers have to completely rethink their applications just to use confidential functionality, the barrier to adoption stays high. What I’d LOVE to see from @Dusk_Foundation team next is something much more practical: 👉 Take one realistic financial use case. 👉 Show where confidential logic enters the Solidity workflow. 👉 Show what remains visible. 👉 Show what an authorized participant can verify later. Because one working example could explain the value of Hedger better than pages of technical theory. The cryptography is important. The technology is exciting. But developer experience may be the real adoption catalyst. 🧠 And that’s the question I’m watching: Can Dusk make privacy feel simple enough for developers to actually build with? #dusk $DUSK @Dusk_Foundation I’ve been looking deeper into Dusk, and one thing is becoming increasingly clear to me: The privacy narrative is only one part of the story. What makes Dusk interesting is the attempt to connect confidentiality with real financial infrastructure — something that could matter far beyond simple private transactions. What caught my attention is the development direction around its tooling and smart-contract environment. Dusk is building with different developer paths in mind, including DuskVM for Rust/WASM contracts and DuskEVM for Solidity/Vyper applications. That combination is important. If developers can use familiar EVM tools while gaining access to Dusk’s privacy and settlement infrastructure, the barrier to experimenting with confidential financial applications could become much lower. And this is where I think the bigger question begins: How much privacy should financial applications actually have? Users need confidentiality. Regulators need visibility. Businesses need compliance. And blockchain networks need verifiable settlement. Balancing all four is not easy. That’s why I’m watching Dusk more closely—not simply because it is labelled a “privacy blockchain,” but because the technology is trying to address the much harder problem of privacy + compliance + programmable finance. The real test will be adoption. Can developers build useful applications on top of it? Can institutions actually use confidential onchain infrastructure? And can selective disclosure provide privacy without sacrificing accountability? Those are the questions I’ll be watching next. @DuskFoundation $DUSK #DuskNetwork #dusk #Crypto #Privacy #RWA #DeFi

#dusk $DUSK @Dusk_Foundation I usually go back to the documentation when a protocol’s headline sounds too simple. With Dusk, “privacy blockchain” initially made me think mostly about private transactions. After digging further, I’m starting to see a broader picture around regulated onchain finance. One recent update caught my attention: Dusk’s August developer activity included work on zk-tools, including Solidity verifier tooling and Groth16 verification support, alongside stronger proof-validation checks. That matters to me because it connects the privacy story with actual developer infrastructure, rather than leaving it as a concept. I also noticed Dusk now presents two development paths: DuskVM for native Rust/WASM contracts and DuskEVM for Solidity/Vyper applications, with a route toward confidential flows through Hedger. I initially underestimated how important that separation could be. If developers can choose familiar EVM tooling while still accessing Dusk’s settlement and privacy infrastructure, maybe the real challenge becomes deciding where confidentiality should actually live. The bigger question for me is still unanswered. How much privacy does a financial application genuinely need, and how much transparency must remain available for regulators, counterparties, and users? Dusk’s current direction around selective disclosure, confidential transfers, and deterministic settlement makes that question even more interesting. I’m still researching the technical details, especially how these pieces interact in real applications. That’s probably where I’ll look next. @DuskFoundation $DUSK #DuskNetwork @Dusk_Foundation #dusk

That’s probably where I’ll look next.

After digging further, I’m starting to see a broader picture around regulated onchain finance.

DUSK: RWA moves to the next phase—the core may not be just “on-chain assets”One of the directions that has been drawing increasing attention recently is Dusk. Many RWA projects solve the problem of “mapping real-world assets onto the blockchain,” but what Dusk wants to do goes further—so that the financial business processes themselves, such as asset issuance, trading, compliance, privacy, and settlement, can run natively on-chain. Of these, the most worth watching is the upcoming DuskEVM mainnet. DuskEVM provides developers and institutions with a familiar Solidity/EVM development environment, and also introduces homomorphic encryption (HE) and zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) through Hedger, exploring how to achieve privacy protection + compliance review + selective disclosure in financial scenarios.

RWA赛道现在吹得猛,但能真把合规和隐私做出来的没几个。Dusk这个方向倒是有点意思,等主网上了看看再说。$DUSK

I stopped looking at partnership headlines for a moment and checked what's actually happening onchain. The latest numbers caught My attention. Only around 183 transactions in 24 hours, with active stake at roughly 207.2M $DUSK . The staking side looks healthy, But actual network activity still feels quite early. Trade is still in the pre-launch/waitlist stage and while the NPEX connection is interesting, I’m not seeing a big recent jump in new issuances. DuskEVM and the SDK are another positive step, although I’m still waiting to see a bigger wave of public applications. That doesn’t make the thesis bad. It just means adoption still has something to prove. For me, the next things worth watching are simple: more transactions, live products, real assets and eventually stronger fee activity. Partnerships can create expectations. Usage is what confirms them. #dusk $DUSK @Dusk_Foundation #DuskNetwork
