And all of this is happening right after Japan announced a $135B stimulus package, the biggest since Covid.

When a country is printing stimulus and yields are still rising, it means one thing:

👉 The market doesn’t trust the government’s ability to stabilize the economy.

That’s why investors are expecting the BOJ to stay hawkish and continue raising rates. They don’t really have another option left.

This matters because every time BOJ hiked previously, markets reacted violently:

◄ July 2024 hike → global sell-off
◄ January 2025 hike → another dump

If BOJ hikes again in December, the short-term reaction could be similar volatility.

Although in the long-term, everything leads to more printing and currency devaluation which is bullish for BTC and crypto.

BREAKING: US initial jobless claims data came in at 191,000

Expectations: 220,000

Yesterday, ADP private payrolls data fell to -32K, which is the largest drop since March 2023.

So despite initial jobless claims data coming lower than expected, the overall labor market is still very weak.

This means Fed will have to do more rate cuts, which is good for markets.

🚨 U.S. treasury just injected $12.5 billion into the system, biggest ever in history.

FED rate cut is coming next week.

New Bullish FED chair is announced.

US and japan stimulus checks confirmed.

fulu: consensus layer upgrade
osaka : execution layer upgrade

we've got the name FUSAKA

but what's behind this FUSAKA 👀

FUSAKA is hard fork of Ethereum network with the aim to improve network scalability and reduce L2 costs.

but what is Hard Fork ?

hard fork = upgrade

same like when you update your mobile phone: you get new features but if you don’t update then your phone still works.

on the other hand
a hard fork is slightly different: it changes the rules.

everyone on the network must upgrade to follow the new rules otherwise you can't use the network.

FUSAKA main features is PeerDAS

but how it will benefit Ethereum ?

earlier every Ethereum node had to download and store the full L2 blob data.

but now nodes only need to sample small portions of each blob to verify its availability.

means less data taken then more scale > less cost > more speed > more individual can run nodes > good for decentralisation

but what is Blob khan bhai ?

understand blob as box containing hundreds or thousands of transactions bundled together.

earlier eth node were storing full box but now a portion of box is enough means it will take less storage and more benefits as explained above.

Anything else ?

yes this upgrade will increase block gas limit.

means more transactions per block → higher TPS → lower congestion → lower fees.

isn't it cool and good for Ethereum Ecosystem future !

if we talk about price action then ETH community liked this upgrade I guess as ETH is 20% up in last few days.

still i would say fundamentally it will make ETH better but short term price generally react on speculation rather than fundamental.

this is why it's important to understand basic PA.
