Ripple has secured full MiCA-compliant authorization from Luxembourg's financial regulator, allowing it to offer institutional crypto and payment services across all 30 EEA countries under a single license.
While many crypto firms still face country-by-country regulations, Ripple now has a clear path to scale across Europe.

Price has moved up aggressively, and after such a strong move I’m expecting some cooling-off before the next leg higher.
I’m looking for shorts from my planned entries:
Entry 1: 0.0335 Entry 2: 0.366 Invalidation: 0.416 This short is purely for the retracement, not a call that the bigger trend has turned bearish. Manage your risk and position size accordingly.
Three other chains are posting numbers that don't match their valuations either.
→ $ALGO : $117 on an $880M market cap → $S : $95 on a $79M market cap → $SEI : $40 on a $348M market cap
Seems like some Solana killers are killing themselves here.
Sui is still the standout here, and not in a good way. A negative print means the chain is effectively subsidizing its own usage right now.
That can work short term, but it's not something you can run forever without real demand showing up eventually.
The other three aren't in crisis, they're just quiet. Some of them are still early in building out their ecosystems, and fee generation naturally lags actual usage.
It's just not always the explanation the market gives credit for.
Revenue is one of the harder metrics to fake. TVL can be mercenary capital. Price can run on narrative alone and revenue tells you if anyone is actually paying to use the thing.
Here’s the interesting part. Around 59–60% of traders are currently short, while only around 40–41% are long on the short-term timeframes.
At the same time, Open Interest is around $51.9M, up a massive 473% in the last 24 hours. This means a huge number of new positions have entered the market while $SOPH is moving higher.
Funding is also deeply negative, around -0.46% on Binance and -0.54% on Bybit. This shows that shorts are heavily positioned and paying longs.
Now this is where the psychology gets interesting. When so many traders are short but the price keeps moving higher, those shorts can quickly get trapped. If $SOPH continues moving up, some shorts may get liquidated, and those liquidations can create more buying pressure.
The liquidation map also shows a good amount of short-liquidation liquidity above the current price.
So based on the data I’m tracking, $SOPH could still make another strong move higher if the short squeeze continues. This is just my personal view based on the data I’m following.
This is a painful reminder that patience matters in crypto.
He spent $443K worth of $ETH to buy 7.99M PONS tokens , sold after the drop for $135K, and took a $308K loss.
Those same tokens are now worth around $3.46M.
Of course, nobody can know in advance which token will eventually make that kind of move. But panic selling after FOMOing into a position can turn a temporary drawdown into a permanent loss.
The lesson for me is simple: manage your risk, invest only what you’re prepared to lose, and don’t let short-term volatility force you into decisions you’ll regret later.
Sometimes, the hardest trade is simply having the patience to hold.
$SOL just ran 12% and left all its liquidity behind.
Price is at $106.97, the best performing major of the day. Liquidation leverage peaking at 9.09M
But look at where that leverage actually sits:
→ Upside: thin cyan bands scattered around $108–$110. Freshly built, not much depth
→ Downside: the brightest cluster on the entire map sits at $99.5–$102, running unbroken across the chart. Another heavy band at $102.5–$103
The move went up. The fuel stayed down.
And this is the part that matters: open interest jumped 20% in 24 hours to $7.46B while volume exploded 75%. That's not spot buying chasing this, that's leverage stacking on top of a candle that already happened
Fear & Greed at 70. Everyone's comfortable.
Hold above $103 and those thin upper bands become a squeeze target
Lose it and there's a magnet at $100 that the whole market can see
