BTC once again retesting its major resistance 82800. Good thing is that this time its getting tested with good strength and weekly open volume. A flip of this level will mark end to current correction and will be the biggest green flag for local bottom.
🚨 Broadcom ($AVGO) just put up a record quarter. Revenue hit $29.6B, up 86% year over year, and EPS came in at $3.32 vs. the $3.21 expected. AI chip sales were the big driver at $16.7B, up 221%.
Margins are still elite: 75% gross margin, 67.9% operating margin, and $13.7B in free cash flow (46% of revenue). The one thing to watch is that AI growth is squeezing gross margin, with guidance calling for about 73% next quarter. Even so, Broadcom is guiding Q4 revenue to roughly $34.8B, up 93%.
Despite all that, the stock closed Friday around $329, about 34% off its 52-week high of $495 and down roughly 10% since its last earnings report. 📉
Next earnings are expected December 10.
