ATH Indicator: Understanding All-Time Highs in Trading
The ATH (All-Time High) indicator helps traders identify when an asset reaches the highest price in its entire trading history. An ATH is an important market level because it often attracts strong attention from traders, investors, and algorithms. When Bitcoin, Ethereum, or another asset approaches its ATH, several scenarios are possible. A successful breakout above the previous high can signal strong bullish momentum and may lead to price discovery, where the market moves into levels with no historical resistance.
