From Wall Street to My Wallet: My First Experience with bStocks on Binance
I had been wanting to invest in companies like NVIDIA or Tesla for a while, but the hours of the traditional market and the difficulties of accessing it always made it complicated for me. Everything changed when Binance launched bStocks and I decided to give them a shot. What exactly are bStocks? They are tokenized assets issued by BTech Holdings Limited (a Binance affiliate) and backed 1:1 by real U.S. stocks that are held in regulated custody. You don't buy the stock directly, but you track its price in real time, with quick trades and without having to wait for Wall Street to open or close.
The price of an iPhone has increased sharply when measured in Bitcoin. At the previous iPhone launch, it cost around 0.007 $BTC . Today, the same comparison puts it at roughly 0.015 $BTC .
Back in 2011, buying an iPhone would have required around 162 $BTC . The numbers show how much Bitcoin has changed in value over the years.
Trader Loses $197K on LAPTOP Memecoin Shortly After Launch
A trader has reportedly lost almost $200,000 on the newly launched $LAPTOP memecoin. According to Lookonchain, the trader withdrew $250,000 from Binance before buying 919 LAPTOP tokens at an average price of around $218 each.
After the sharp crash, the position fell to roughly $3,000 in value. That means an unrealized loss of about $197,000, or 99%.
Hunter Biden’s $LAPTOP Memecoin Has Now Crashed More Than 93%
Hunter Biden’s new $LAPTOP memecoin launched today, and the first few hours have been completely chaotic.
The token briefly reached an extremely high valuation before crashing more than 93% from its peak. $LAPTOP is now trading around $2.1, with a market cap of roughly $2.16 billion.
U.S. Treasury Could Buy Back Up to $10B in Government Debt
The U.S. Treasury is expected to announce on September 10 how much long-term Treasury debt it plans to buy back.
The market expects the operation to be above $4B, while Morgan Stanley sees a possible increase to as much as $10B.
The goal is to improve liquidity in the bond market and help reduce pressure on Treasury yields. The 30-year Treasury yield previously reached 5.337%, its highest level since 2007.
A larger buyback could have a stronger impact. If the operation reaches $10B, the net supply of Treasuries with maturities above 20 years could fall by around 55%.
For risk assets such as $BTC , this could be a positive factor. Lower bond yields and better market liquidity can make alternative assets more attractive.
An unknown trader spent $4,400 in USDC to buy 18.6 million $4Stock tokens.
Just two hours later, the position reached around $780,000 in value, with the trader sitting on roughly $775,000 in unrealized PNL, around a 177x return.
$BTC Whales Are Sitting on $9 Billion in Unrealized Profit
Bitcoin’s short-term whale holders are currently sitting on around $9.07 billion in unrealized profit, according to CryptoQuant data.
This is the highest level recorded since 2016. The figure later dropped to around $7.51 billion as Bitcoin pulled back, but it still remains at historically high levels.
Why does this matter?
A huge amount of unrealized profit can become potential selling pressure if the market starts moving lower. Short-term holders are usually more willing to take profits than long-term investors, so a deeper correction could push some whales to sell and lock in their gains.
Ethereum Could Soon Let You Send Tokens Without Holding $ETH
Ethereum is preparing a feature that could make it possible to send USDT, USDC, and other tokens without having $ETH in your wallet to pay for gas.
Instead, a third-party service or app could cover the transaction fee for you. In some cases, the gas cost could even be converted and paid directly from your stablecoin balance.
The change is planned through EIP-8141, which is expected to be included in the Hegota upgrade in 2027.
The Ethereum network would still receive gas fees in $ETH . The main difference is that users would no longer need to hold ETH themselves to pay for transactions.
Why Did So Many Traders Short $BNC — And What Went Wrong?
$BNC became one of the most interesting trades of the day after a huge price difference appeared between the U.S. stock market and crypto exchanges.
The U.S. market was closed, so BNC stock was still around $3.5 from its previous close. However, the tokenized BNC perpetual on Binance and other exchanges was trading around $4.7 before the U.S. market reopened.
That created what looked like an easy opportunity.
Many traders assumed that once the U.S. market opened, the price would move back toward $3.5. So they opened large short positions, expecting the gap to disappear.
But the exact opposite happened.
When the U.S. market opened, BNC started moving higher instead of falling. The shorts were suddenly on the wrong side of the trade. As the price went up, traders began getting liquidated, forcing their positions to close and adding even more buying pressure.
So why did so many people lose?
Because everyone saw the same “obvious” trade. Too many traders were positioned short at the same time, and when the market moved against them, there simply wasn't enough liquidity for everyone to get out comfortably.
A trader turned a $1,300 investment into roughly $2.17 million in profit trading the memecoin $ZCAT.
The trader bought 24.52 million $ZCAT tokens, sold part of the position, and still holds tokens worth around $2.12 million. The trade generated an estimated 1,626x return.
The same trader also made around $1.61 million trading $STONK after investing just $19,700.
The trader’s combined estimated profit from both trades is around $3.78 million, including unrealized gains.
Uniswap burns a record $1.15M worth of $UNI in one day
Uniswap burned 184,000 $UNI worth around $1.15M on September 4. While this was the second-largest daily burn by token count, it set a new record in dollar value, marking the first time daily $UNI burns exceeded $1M.
Around 150,000 $UNI , or more than 80% of the total burn, was linked to activity on Robinhood Chain.
The spike was driven by a sharp increase in trading volume. Robinhood Chain’s daily DEX volume crossed $3B for the first time, with Uniswap accounting for roughly 98% of the total.
Separately, Arthur Hayes bought around $1.73M worth of UNI on September 6, adding further attention to the token.
U.S. President Donald Trump claimed that he has generated “hundreds of billions of dollars” through stocks and other assets, saying the gains were made “for the country,” not for himself.
He also said Democrats continue to criticize him despite what he described as these results.
$PONS has made a huge move, rising from around $0.0033 in July to nearly $0.90 today.
Several factors may have helped drive the rally:
• 100% of the token supply is already in circulation. • 80% of profits are used to buy and burn tokens. • Around 295M $PONS have already been burned, equal to roughly 30% of the total supply. • Wintermute, a major crypto market maker, has been accumulating $PONS . • Uniswap has been buying $PONS .
PONS is a decentralized launchpad built on Robinhood Chain, allowing users to launch and trade new tokens.
$ASTER has been trading in a wide range for a long time, but the chart is starting to look different.
Trading volume has increased strongly, while the price is moving toward the upper part of the range. If $ASTER breaks out with strong volume, it could become a very interesting setup.
BNB Chain is seeing more activity across its on-chain ecosystem, and if this trend continues, ASTER could become an interesting token to watch.
I’m going to take some position here and watch how price reacts around the range highs.
Not financial advice, just sharing my personal view.
Two traders turned $4,500 into over $3.3M with MEME
The MEME memecoin, created around the recent Robinhood–AMC dispute, has generated some huge returns in just a few hours.
One trader invested $2,972, with his position reaching over $2.1M — around a 713x return. Another trader spent just $1,491, and his position grew to more than $1.2M in less than 12 hours — roughly an 810x return.
Combined, their positions reached a value of more than $3.3M in less than 12 hours.
MEME also briefly reached a market cap of around $160M before settling near $130M.
Zcash ($ZEC ) has reached the $1,000 mark and moved into the top 10 cryptocurrencies by market cap, overtaking Dogecoin.
The recent rally has also brought more attention to ZEC. Mining profitability reached a new high, at one point becoming more profitable than Bitcoin mining.
Bitcoin Pushes Above $81K as Shorts Get Liquidated 🚀
Bitcoin is now trading around $81,000, after reaching a 24-hour high of $81,370. $BTC is getting very close to its previous local high, with strong buying pressure behind the move.
The rally has already caused over $510 million in liquidations in the past 24 hours. Short sellers took the biggest hit, with $419.55 million in short positions liquidated, compared with $90.67 million in longs.
It started with a Chinese company called Farmmi. A mushroom named JINQIAN, which means “money mushroom,” appeared in one of its reports.
Someone then created a meme coin using the mushroom’s name, and the hype quickly spread to the stock market.
Farmmi shares jumped from $0.12 to $0.50, while trading volume increased about 150 times. At one point, the JINQIAN meme coin reached a market cap of around $60 million, almost 10 times the value of Farmmi itself.
But there’s an important detail: the meme coin is not backed by Farmmi shares. There is no direct connection between the token and Farmmi’s Nasdaq-listed stock.
