Net outflows of $3,640 million between 06:00 and 15:30 UTC equal about 2.1% of the $171,000 million under management, according to the proof-of-reserves report. To me, when that much money flows out in a single day, the market doesn’t go easy on those who were already weak: ATOM was already struggling, and the outflow leaves it exposed.

😱 $NEAR WITHDRAWAL PANIC: $4.649 BILLION HAS ALREADY LEFT BINANCE

Between 06:00 and 15:30 UTC, $4.649 billion left Binance and $1.010 billion came in: a net outflow of $3.640 billion on the same day withdrawals resumed. To me, people withdrawing their money even though the exchange says everything is backed shows that trust is rebuilt through actions, not statements.

→ $4.649 billion in outflows versus $1.010 billion in deposits leaves a net outflow of $3.640 billion, close to 2.1% of the $171 billion under management according to the proof of reserves.
→ NEAR -4.1% at $263M, while SOL -1.9% and AVAX +0.8% are holding up better among the L1s: NEAR is bleeding more than its peers.
