In my opinion, this is a setback for crypto adoption in Argentina, especially for $BTC and stablecoins, which could benefit from easier access through banks. However, this doesn’t mean people will stop using crypto. Argentina has faced serious economic challenges, and demand for alternative financial tools could remain strong.
The real question is whether users will continue turning to crypto exchanges instead of traditional banks. I don’t see this as a major bearish signal for the overall market, but it shows that regulation remains a key obstacle to wider adoption. DYOR.
