Bloomberg says the increases will vary by chip generation and memory configuration, with soaring DRAM costs from Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron driving much of the pressure. Server makers supplying hyperscalers including Microsoft, Google, and Microsoft have already begun notifying customers.
