A Small Habit I Find Useful When Using P2P When I use P2P, I’ve found that keeping my transaction information organized gives me more peace of mind.
I usually take a moment to review the order details and keep important conversations within the order chat.
I also like to keep the Order ID and relevant transaction information available for reference. If I receive a payment, I prefer to check my own account rather than rely only on a message or screenshot.
These are simply habits that help me stay organized and careful when using P2P.
For me, being careful doesn’t mean making things complicated. Sometimes it simply means slowing down, checking the details, and keeping a clear record.
A Simple Rule I Follow Before Every P2P Trade One thing I’ve become more careful about when using P2P is never trusting a message more than the actual transaction status.
A counterparty may say “payment sent,” share a screenshot, or ask me to release crypto quickly. But I don’t treat any of these as confirmation.
Before I complete an order, I make sure:
🔎 The order information is correct. 💬 Important communication stays in the order chat. 🏦 I personally check my account to confirm the payment has arrived. ⏸️ If something feels unusual, I stop instead of rushing. 🔐 I never share passwords, OTPs, or other sensitive account information.
For me, the safest habit is simple:
Verify first. Trust later. P2P trading should be convenient, but convenience should never come at the cost of security. Let’s build better habits and make every P2P transaction safer. 🛡️ #BinanceP2PAnToan @Binance Vietnam
