Just as our team anticipated, yesterday saw a sharp drop in $BTC down to the $80.8k region.
Today’s heatmap data indicates that liquidity around the $80k down to $78k zone has brightened up significantly compared to before.
$BTC is still trading inside the Inside Bar of last week's candle. We have only witnessed a liquidity sweep at the Week High, while no sweep has occurred at the Week Low yet.

Early in today's session, BlackRock hasn't sent any BTC yet, only moving 18,098ETH ($43.6M) to #Coinbase.

What's even more notable is that $BTC ETF inflows this week have already reached +$1.08B.

"The trader who made +$10M holding $ETH has increased their CL andBRENTOIL LONG positions from $28M to $50M.

After 2 days, they added another $22M, and their wallet still holds 20.45M $USDC.

$BTC Update - Oct 22
As mentioned in the previous post, $BTC is currently trading inside last week’s inside bar, leaving a significant amount of liquidity pools around both the high and low wicks.
Last night, $BTC surged sharply to $84.8K before dropping heavily this morning, effectively sweeping all the liquidity around the Week High.
The next liquidity zone $BTC is likely heading toward is around the $80K – $78K level.

Today, BlackRock transferred 13,573 $ETH ($33.2M) to Coinbase.
Yesterday, ETF inflows were modestly positive at +$23.16M.
The total inflow for the first two trading sessions of this week stands at +$549.76M.

Drift Protocol exploiter resumes money laundering after months of inactivity
A total of 50,585 ETH ($122.86M) has been deposited into Tornado Cash across various pool sizes—including 1 ETH, 10 ETH, and 100 ETH—for money laundering purposes across 262 transactions.
The group is actively continuing its laundering operations, with the most recent transaction recorded just an hour ago.

Following yesterday's positive geopolitical news, $BTC saw a decent rally but still couldn't break past $84K to sweep the liquidity resting at $85K–$86K.
On the downside, LONG positions are building up strongly, making the liquidity pool between $80K and $78K grow denser by the day.
On the weekly timeframe, $BTC is still trading inside the range of last week's inside bar. It's completely understandable that liquidity is clustering around both the Week High and Week Low, and it's only a matter of time before price sweeps these levels.

⚙️ EIP-8288: Significant Gas Reduction for Post-Quantum Signatures & STARKs
Vitalik Buterin and Thomas Coratger have proposed EIP-8288 (Core Standards Track) to address the excessively high on-chain costs of post-quantum signatures and STARK proofs. Instead of being attached directly to transactions, the proofs will be aggregated by nodes into a single recursive STARK proof right within the mempool.
This solution could reduce gas costs from millions down to just a few tens of thousands, allowing Ethereum to support new cryptographic algorithms without requiring additional precompiles. Vitalik expects EIP-8288 to be integrated into the I-Star hard fork (following Hegota), marking a major milestone in the Lean Ethereum roadmap.

This is not an attack via Gmail. Full technical details have not yet been fully disclosed.
Why is it dangerous?
iMessage/Signal are extremely popular. A PDF file from an acquaintance or a compromised account is enough to pose a risk.
Apple's security remains strong, but the gap with real-world attacks is narrowing, especially as AI helps discover vulnerabilities faster.
What to do immediately:
Update iOS to the latest version.
Do not open unknown PDFs (even from acquaintances) directly on your phone.
Consider enabling Lockdown Mode if you belong to a high-risk group.
