CRYPTO MARKET UPDATE: Security, Wall Street & Taxes
🔹 Binance: Reportedly saw $3.64B in customer withdrawals in one day after resuming transactions. Binance says it will cover eligible user losses, while industry partners have helped freeze around $3B in stolen funds.
🔹 Wall Street: The CFTC cleared stock perpetual futures, bringing crypto-style trading to traditional equities.
🔹 South Korea: The ruling party proposed delaying the planned 22% crypto income tax, scheduled for January 2027.
🔹 Market Watch: BTC remains in focus as Strategy continues adding to its Bitcoin reserves. Other platforms have also faced disruptions following separate hacks.
Will these developments affect $BTC , $ETH and $BNB sentiment?
SOL big short now and make big profit with James soon entry 91,8-93 TP1:90.50 TP2:88.50 TP3:87.00 SL:97.00 short $SOL 👇
$SOL has lost the $95.50–$97.00 support zone, and bulls are struggling to reclaim it. I’m watching for a bounce into this broken support. If we get a rejection there, another leg down towards $90.50–$88.50 is on the table. Below that, we have bigger support around $87.00 and $84.00 if selling pressure continues. Bulls need to reclaim $97.00 and hold above it to ease the immediate pressure. Until then, I’d be careful chasing any recovery. The structure is still pointing lower.
$HYPE IS BACK IN THE SPOTLIGHT — BUT IS THE MOMENTUM SUSTAINABLE?
80+ — HYPE traded above this level on October 21. 🔹 $3B+ — Futures open interest crossed this level, showing significant activity in the derivatives market.
But here's the catch: high open interest doesn't automatically mean the price will rise. It can also increase volatility when leveraged positions unwind.
The bigger question: Can Hyperliquid sustain its growth, or is the market getting ahead of itself?
