I fail to comprehend the rationale behind whales and investors’ willingness to risk or eliminate their substantial financial investments of Millions of dollars, while simultaneously exhibiting reluctance to compensate couple thousand bucks to technical experts for their expertise.

Currently, Litecoin is exhibiting a harmonic pattern, having retraced from a 0.6 level of Fibonacci retracement. Based on this pattern, my projections are as follows:
We currently have two significant levels: 131$ and 114$. If Litecoin breaks above 131$, it could potentially reach a minimum of 140$. Conversely, if the price breaks above $114, it could potentially touch a minimum of $106$. It is noteworthy that the RSI is also in favor of this trend.
