₿ $BTC Bitcoin Is Stuck Under $87K — Breakout or Rejection? 👀
Bitcoin is back around $85.5K–$85.6K today after another attempt to break above $87,000 was rejected.
This is now the third rejection around $87K, making that level one of the most important areas for BTC in the short term.
🔹 Current zone: ~$85.5K 🔹 Key support: ~$85K 🔹 Major resistance: $87K 🔹 Next resistance: ~$87.6K 🔹 Psychological target: $90K
The interesting part is that BTC has been making higher local lows, but buyers still haven’t been able to take control above $87K. A clean breakout and hold above that level could strengthen the bullish setup, while another rejection could send BTC back toward nearby support.
Macro is also important right now. U.S. Treasury yields remain elevated and the dollar has strengthened, which can create pressure on risk assets like Bitcoin.
My BTC watchlist today: 📍 $85K — support 📍 $87K — breakout level 📍 $87.6K — next major hurdle 📍 $90K — psychological target
Do you think BTC breaks $87K this week, or gets rejected again? 👇
Bitcoin is back above $86K — but is the market ready for another move? 👀
Here’s what I’m watching in the crypto market right now:
₿ Bitcoin ($BTC ): around $86.7K, up about 3.82% over the past 7 days. The key level to watch is around $89.2K resistance. A strong move above that area could improve momentum, while failure to break it could keep BTC range-bound.
♦️ Ethereum ($ETH ): around $2.74K, up roughly 3.15% over 7 days. ETH is testing the $2.74K–$2.75K area, making this an important zone to watch for the next move.
☀️ Solana ($SOL ): around $121, with a more modest 0.94% 7-day gain. The market is watching whether SOL can maintain its position above its 100 EMA.
📈 The bigger picture: Crypto has started October with stronger momentum, but the market is still well below the highs reached last year. That means this isn’t a market where I would blindly chase green candles.
