I imagine walking through a decorated neighborhood with my friends wearing simple but mysterious costumes. We would laugh at funny decorations take pictures and enjoy delicious treats. Everything would feel exciting and a little mysterious.

Suddenly we notice an old house with a tiny light glowing through its window. Curiosity gets the better of us and we approach the door. Just as my friend prepares to knock three strange knocks come from inside.

Everyone freezes.

Then we hear a creepy laugh. My heart starts racing and my friends look ready to run. Before we can escape the door opens and reveals our neighbor wearing a ridiculous monster costume.
