I mainly trade $BTC , $ETH , SOL, $XAG , and XAU. These assets offer solid liquidity, high volume, and clean price action. I stay away from low-cap altcoins I don’t understand, though I’ll occasionally play a quick setup if temptation wins.
Bitcoin only gives a few high-conviction setups a year. I don't try to catch every move—I just trade the patterns I actually know. My core strategy is consolidation range breakouts:
* Break below the range ➡️ Short
* Break above the range ➡️ Long
The longer the consolidation, the bigger and more reliable the breakout. BTC was stuck between $62k and $65k for over a month. I felt the bottom was in, so I started scaling in. I took a few stop-outs along the way (part of the game), but my risk is always tight—never losing more than 5% per contract trade. Right now, I'm holding long positions across BTC, ETH, and SOL at 3x leverage.
My Execution Plan:
* Drops below $69k: I close the entire position instantly. Protecting capital always comes first—if you run out of fuel, you're just a spectator 💰.
* Holds above $69k and pushes higher: I'll look to add to the position on strength, targeting $100k – $120k to take full profits.
* Chops sideways between $70k – $80k: If the price action turns boring, I might close out flat just to save mental energy. Zero loss is still a win.
* Unusual market moves: As long as $69k isn't breached, I’ll stay in the ride and aim for that $100k – $120k exit.
The market is unpredictable. Focus less on predicting every candle and more on having a solid contingency plan for every scenario.
