Gold $XAU Technical Analysis and Price Forecast.

Gold plunge almost 3% after the US announce Non-farm Employment Change data. Gold gains some buying volume from 50 EMA. On the Head Start of the Monday gold opened with price decline at the time of writing this Gold is trading below $4,400.

Gold tested the keys Psychological Resistance price $4,700 and Fib level 0.5 last week and faced strong price rejection from this point and fall on the fib level of 0.786.

50EMA and 200 EMA are reacting as strong support, A day close below this support price could result in sharp decline. However a day close above $4,425 can bring back the bullish momentum. The Relative Strength Index RSI is at 50 on the level of neutral, aiming downward indicating that price may go more down.

Gold $XAU Technical Analysis and Price forecast.

Gold sustain bearish momentum.
$XAU plunge as the geo political tension escalate in middle east, Gold took almost 2.75% correction yesterday. At the time of writing this on Wednesday Gold is trading near $4,310. XAU is consolidating above the 78% of Fib level.

A small pullback from the current price is expected today, however the current trend is still bearish in Gold, if Gold will make a day close above $4,335 then it can extend the pump towards $4,380. however a day close below $4,335 will result in the fall of price towards $4,200.

The Relative strength Index RSI 46 lower than the level of neutral aiming downward indicating the bear trend. Gold has breakdown below below 200 EMA indicating the strong bearish momentum.
