That might sound like a small technical change, but I think it's worth watching what it means for the network in practice.
Faster slots can affect things like transaction timing, staking reward distribution and the amount of time a transaction remains valid.
The upgrade itself isn't a reason for me to expect $SOL to pump.
I'd rather watch what happens to network activity and volume after the change.
