Chain has just unveiled a dedicated community forum for NewL1, an upcoming Layer 1 network set to launch its testnet by the end of 2026.
Based on the official update in 26149.jpg, the technical architecture of NewL1 is highly optimized for the future of Web3. It is EVM compatible and specifically designed for high frequency trading, payments, and autonomous AI agent transactions. The network performance targets are extremely competitive: throughput exceeding 100,000 TPS, subsecond finality, and pre confirmation times under 50 milliseconds. The protocol will also utilize a TxStream structure to mitigate front running risks and provide native cross chain bridging to BSC.
