Imagine a financial world where stocks, bonds and other assets move on blockchain infrastructure.

One problem remains: blockchains need reliable information from outside their own systems.

This is where Chainlink’s infrastructure becomes relevant.

Three elements deserve attention:

🔹 Data: Smart contracts need dependable information about external markets and assets.

🔹 Interoperability: Tokenized assets operating across different networks need ways to communicate and transfer information.

🔹 Adoption: Real institutional usage matters more than announcements alone.

The investment question is not simply whether tokenization will grow.

It is whether that growth creates sustained demand for the infrastructure and token economics associated with LINK.

Those are two different questions.

A sector can expand while individual tokens underperform because of valuation, competition, supply dynamics or weak value capture.

My approach: monitor integrations, actual usage and demand for Chainlink services before treating the RWA narrative as a price catalyst.

Infrastructure can be essential without being automatically undervalued.

That is how infrastructure risk shows up for holders. You are not watching a chart break in one candle. You are watching teams decide your data layer is optional, then the token reprices after the narrative is already late.

The competitive risk around Chainlink is straightforward. Blockchain teams can pick alternative oracle providers or build specialized infrastructure themselves, and both choices put pressure on pricing and market share. $LINK still has to deliver reliability and security while remaining attractive to developers and institutions. Reliability alone does not lock in a contract if a rival feed is cheaper, narrower, or easier to ship.
