英国财政大臣 Rachel Reeves 在 Mansion House 演讲中正式公布 DIGIT（Digital Gilt Instrument）计划——这只以英镑计价的数字债券将发行于汇丰 HSBC 的 Orion 区块链平台，在英格兰银行与 FCA 的数字证券沙盒内运行，标志着 G7 国家首次将政府债务搬上分布式账本基础设施。
