The recent pump looks strong on the surface, but I believe traders should be very careful here. In my view, this move could potentially be a bull trap rather than the beginning of a clean bullish continuation.
BTC has made a strong recovery from the recent lows and has pushed into an important resistance area. Recent market research has highlighted the $83Kโ$86K zone as a significant resistance/confluence area.

The market has already experienced a powerful rally. When price moves aggressively upward into major resistance, late buyers can start chasing the move because of FOMO.
That is exactly where a trap can form:
Pump โ FOMO โ Liquidity builds โ Rejection โ Long liquidations โ Dump
If BTC fails to hold the higher levels and starts losing important support, the current pump could turn into a much deeper correction.

For me, the most important thing is confirmation, not simply guessing the top.
If BTC gets rejected from the current resistance area and then starts making:
Lower High โ Lower Low โ Support Breakdown
the bearish scenario becomes much more interesting.
On the other hand, if BTC breaks resistance with strong volume and successfully holds above it, this bearish thesis would need to be reconsidered.

BTC pumps โ attracts late longs โ gets rejected โ liquidity gets swept โ major correction begins.
