市场状态：这波延续性还在，资金费率整体不算失控，但涨幅已经把情绪推高了。我的感觉是，先看趋势还没坏的标的，别在加速末端硬追。

Top 候选
1）JCTUSDT
这一个最像还在走趋势的强势延续，1h 和 6h 都有承接，OI 也在抬。位置不算舒服，但回踩确认后更值得看。
观察位：0.0067 一带
触发条件：回踩不破后重新站上 0.0071，且 OI 继续走高
失效条件：跌回 0.0063 下方并出现放量走弱

2）BEATUSDT
量能很大，价格离 20 日线不远，属于更容易给回踩机会的类型。比起追冲，我更愿意等它先把 20 日线附近守住。
观察位：7.70 附近
触发条件：守住 7.70 后再去看 7.90 / 8.00 的延续
失效条件：跌破 7.45 后反抽站不回
