Disclaimer: Without prejudice to any other provision of these CC Investor Terms, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) Binance Kazakhstan acts solely as an intermediary facilitating access to the Capital Connect Program and related platform infrastructure; (b) Binance Kazakhstan does not provide, and shall not be deemed to provide, any of the following services: (i) managing investments; (ii) discretionary portfolio management; (iii) operating or managing a collective investment scheme or fund; (iv) advising on investments; (c) Binance Kazakhstan does not exercise any discretion over investment decisions, does not select or approve Trading Teams on your behalf, and does not assess the suitability or appropriateness of any investment or strategy; (d) all investment management activities are carried out solely by the relevant Trading Teams pursuant to separate arrangements entered into directly between you and such Trading Teams; and (e) Binance Kazakhstan shall have no responsibility or liability for any investment decisions, portfolio management activities, or outcomes arising from your participation in the Capital Connect Program.
