Binance announced the launch of bStocks — a feature that allows users to store and trade fully collateralized, tokenized U.S. securities as BEP-20 tokens directly in compatible blockchain wallets. This integration provides 24/7 trading of selected U.S. stocks through the Binance platform.
According to the official announcement, bStocks are issued by BTech Holdings Limited, and each token is backed 1:1 by a real U.S. share, which is held by a regulated custodian with permission from the regulator ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority.
The launch enables 24/7 trading of selected U.S. stocks via Binance, fractional ownership from $5, and the ability to self-custody tokens in compatible blockchain wallets. The platform supports instant, fee-free conversion between underlying shares and bStocks, automatic processing of dividends and splits on-chain, as well as temporarily zero maker fees on initial trading pairs. The service is not available in the U.S. or to U.S. citizens, and access may be limited depending on jurisdiction.
