$GRAM — the century’s heist?
Once, Telegram raised $1.7 billion for Gram, then the SEC stopped everything, the project went to the community, became TON, and now… it’s returning to its roots.
Durov has already:
- made Telegram the network’s largest validator
- restored the token’s original name $GRAM
- launched a native non-custodial wallet
And now this wallet is gradually rolling out to Telegram’s 1 billion+ monthly users.
The full release is expected within the next few weeks.
What this means in practice:
- Crypto inside a messenger people use every day
- Zero-fee transactions
- Potential for payments, gifts, mini-apps, and everything else Telegram is already actively developing
The market has already seen a reaction to the wallet news.
The only question is how many of those billions will actually activate the wallet and start using it.
