U.S. CPI came in below market expectations, and it really gave crypto a shot of confidence. Bitcoin quickly surged on the news, and market sentiment was ignited in an instant.

But at times like this, you need to stay calm. When people see a single long bullish candle, they think the bull market is back. In reality, what the news brings is mostly short-term emotion release. You can’t confirm that the trend has completely reversed based on one move up.

From the order book and chart, after a rapid rally over a short period, the price has already accumulated a lot of profit-taking. The technicals also show some need for a pullback and correction. If you chase higher right now, the risk-reward ratio won’t be in your favor—you may end up buying at the hottest point of the sentiment.
