How to Participate:
During the Promotion Period, eligible users who complete the following steps can participate in Promotion A:

During the Promotion Period, eligible referrers who fulfill the aforementioned criteria can compete on the Trading Volume leaderboard based on the total Spot and Margin trading volume generated by all their referrals* and receive rewards, as per the table below:

Note:
*The leaderboard will automatically rank users based on the total Spot and Margin trading volume generated by all your referrals. However, if a user at a certain rank on the leaderboard does not meet the minimum criteria required for that rank, the reward for that rank will be forfeited. The user will instead receive the reward for the highest rank for which they meet the minimum criteria, and all subsequent ranks will be adjusted accordingly.
Promotion B: Referrer Exclusive - Share 290,000 AVNT by Competing on the Referral Leaderboard
How to Participate:
During the Promotion Period, eligible users who complete the following steps can participate in Promotion B:
Step 1: Confirm your participation by clicking the [Join Now] button on the activity page.Step 2: Invite new friends via your Referral Pro Link/ID to register on Binance.Step 3: Earn 1 point from the referral task for each successful referral.A successful referral is defined as a new user who signed up via your Referral Pro Link/ID and trades at least 100 USD equivalent in Binance Spot pairs.Each participant can earn up to a maximum of 9,999 points.Step 4: Climb the Referral leaderboard by inviting new users and having successful referrals. Your final reward tier will be determined by your ranking based on the total points collected from the referral task. All eligible participants must have at least 1 successful referral to be eligible for rewards.

Notes:
If multiple users have an equal number of successful referrals, their ranking will be determined by the time they opted in, with earlier opt-ins receiving higher priority. Invitees for this referral campaign will undergo specific campaign risk checks, which may differ from those applied in the regular Binance Referral Pro Program.Invitees are subjected to risk checks and will be removed as a successful referral if they are determined by Binance in its sole discretion to be a risk user.The Referral leaderboard is updated with a maximum delay of 2 days (T+2). The final leaderboard, reflecting the number of successful referrals after completing risk check, will be confirmed by 2026-01-02 (T+2).

Promotion C: New Users Exclusive - Complete Tasks to Share 140,000 AVNT Token Vouchers
How to Participate:
During the Promotion Period, the first 5,000 new users who fulfil the following criteria will each receive 28 AVNT in token vouchers on a first-come, first-served basis**:
Step 1: New users must register their Binance account using the Referral Pro Link/ID of a participating referrer and complete identity verification during the Promotion Period. Step 2: During the Promotion Period, trade a cumulative amount of at least $100 or equivalent value via Binance Spot.
Note:
**Promotion C’s rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to the first 5,000 eligible new users based on their account registration time.
Terms & Conditions:
Only users in certain regions are eligible to join this Promotion. Users may refer to the activity page for their eligibility to participate. Users in restricted regions are disqualified from participating in the Binance Referral Program as referrers or referred users.These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in the Referral Campaign (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions. Trading volumes on all FDUSD, TUSD, and USDT trading pairs will not count toward the trading volume requirement for EEA users in this promotion.
