With a traditional broker, you trust the statement. Once in a period, a document arrives saying that you have the shares. You cannot verify this yourself; you rely on the intermediary’s reputation and the regulator behind it. In bStocks, the model is different. Each token is issued against a real share held by a regulated broker-custodian, and the custodian’s holdings are reconciled with the total token supply every day and published publicly on the Proof of Collateral page. The assets are held in an SPV, separated and ring-fenced, and the issuing structure itself is built as bankruptcy-remote. Plus, the token contracts are visible in the BscScan explorer, so part of the picture can be checked without involving the issuer at all.
Three Binance products and one question on where you should start
RWA is no longer a niche. The total market for tokenized assets as of mid-August 2026 is about $38 billion, and the fastest-growing segment is tokenized stocks. But growth in the sector doesn’t tell you what to do personally. It’s more useful to look not at the numbers, but at what problem each product solves.
