💰 BTC Near $77K, but I’m Not Calling a Reversal Yet

Bitcoin is trading around $76.5K. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang’s optimistic AI comments add to the headlines, though that alone doesn’t establish what drove the rebound. 📈

My read: the Fed’s 25-basis-point hike may have been largely priced in. But absorbing one increase and being ready for further tightening are two different things.

The CLARITY Act hasn’t advanced, but regulatory work hasn’t stopped. The SEC and CFTC are proceeding with targeted measures under their existing powers, rather than replacing the legislation outright.

Meanwhile, BlackRock transferred $131.7M in ETH and $153.8M in BTC to Coinbase Prime. Worth watching, but a transfer to an exchange is not proof of a sale.

For now, we’re watching how the market follows through. One bounce isn’t enough to settle the bigger picture. 👀

The Failure of the Clarity Act—What’s Next?

It’s not exactly a tragedy, considering that there’s still a 90% chance we’ll see a rate hike today, and this positive development—which the market had been anticipating—is simply being postponed.

On the other hand, as we’ve already mentioned, this might be the last window of opportunity to buy at a lower price. Whether this will happen with the release of the latest data or not—no one knows—but most likely, we’ll establish a trading range by the end of the year and trade within it.

So, if you don’t have any positions—don’t miss out this time. And even now, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to buy in small increments via DCA (just in case we go against the market).

And overall, if you look at history, constant price growth isn’t necessary for market movement and setups. It’s enough for a range to form, and during this time, there’s active building in the market, project launches, and with all of that come opportunities to make money.

So, we’re expecting an active market in Q4—both in terms of on-chain activity and trading—and trading (scalping) is timeless regardless of the market conditions.
