Recently, I've been quite interested in Covenant by @Nillion .
Put simply, it lets you encrypt a trade instruction and publish it on-chain. No one else can read its contents until the trigger conditions are met.
For example, you can set a sell price or devise a trading strategy in advance, without worrying that everyone will see your intentions before they’re executed. I think this is a pretty interesting design, since on-chain transparency is one thing, but fully exposing your trading strategy is another.
Also, Dusk has officially launched on the Ethereum mainnet—not the testnet. This is only the first phase of Nillion’s seven-stage roadmap, and there are more launches to look forward to before the end of this year.
Rather than simply hiding transaction records, I’m more excited about Nillion bringing real privacy protection for trading intent to on-chain markets.
I’ll keep following the developments and look forward to the growth of the $NIL ecosystem. #nil $NIL @Nillion
Here’s a rough analysis of the earnings reports for $METAB and $SPCXB . DYOR
⬛️ I think Meta will beat expectations, for the following reasons:
The threshold for META to be considered a beat is $6.31.
▪️ Analysts surveyed by MarketBeat expect EPS of about $6.58 🔺
▪️ The EPS estimate on FXEmpire’s earnings page matches the threshold.
On the business side, Q3 revenue is expected to be about $63.3 billion, up 24% year over year, with continued support from growth in the advertising business.
Based on the above, my decision is Yes.
⬛️ I don’t think SPCX will beat expectations, for the following reasons:
The threshold for SPCX to be considered a beat is $0.17.
▪️ TipRanks’ earnings preview puts expected EPS at about $0.14 🔻
▪️ Investors reports a forecast range of about $0.14 to $0.23.
In SPCX’s case, expectations are clearly divided, and the $0.17 threshold is not a low bar—it’s already higher than many analysts’ estimates.
Why has SanDisk's stock price been falling recently?
I believe the main reason for the recent drop in SanDisk's stock price ($SNDKB ) is competition from Changxin Memory Technologies. Changxin Memory has recently made progress in DRAM technology.
Therefore, the market is worried that increased supply of memory chips will lead to lower profits across the entire industry.
Regarding Changxin Technology:
While Changxin Technology has made technological progress, it still has a long way to go before it can achieve large-scale mass production and truly impact the supply and demand of the entire industry.
Especially for storage products required for AI data centers, which have requirements for performance, yield, and stable production capabilities.
Moreover, Changxin's DRAM technology progress may not directly impact SanDisk's core product, NAND flash memory.
Therefore, the market is currently worried about a reshuffling of the competitive landscape in the storage industry.
My thoughts:
Although Changxin has not yet posed a threat to SanDisk, the supply and price of the entire storage industry will affect SanDisk's profitability.
The memory chip industry is inherently cyclical, and the extent to which the growth expectations brought by AI are reflected in the stock price is questionable.
Therefore, I don't think we can simply assume that this drop is due to Changxin and that SanDisk has been unfairly punished.
Where will Tesla’s next phase of growth come from?
I think $TSLAB the next phase of growth will come from service revenue. Take $AAPLB Apple, for example: after selling you an iPhone, it can continue generating revenue through software services like the App Store, iCloud, Apple Music, and so on.
Tesla is in a similar position. FSD and Robotaxi are the key areas to watch.
As for FSD
Nearly 1.5 million Tesla owners have already paid for FSD. This user base, built on extensive road data, isn’t easy to replicate the way car manufacturing is.
As for Robotaxi
There are already many self-driving taxis in operation in China. Tesla’s Robotaxi technology itself shouldn’t be a problem; regulatory and safety issues will just take some time to resolve.
Once it launches, owners could drive their cars themselves during the day, then add them to the Robotaxi network at night to earn money giving rides through Didi—or even have them operate as autonomous taxis around the clock.
The issue right now
Expectations for FSD and Robotaxi are already partly reflected in the stock price.
At the same time, Tesla is facing pressure from the price war among Chinese automakers. It’s unlikely to compete with domestic brands on sales volume, and that will indirectly affect the number of users generating service revenue.
So there’s a sharp divide between bulls and bears.
About half a month ago, Binance invested $100 million in Circle at a 5% discount to CRCL’s market price at the time. In return, Binance agreed not to transfer the shares for two years.
A rough estimate puts the average purchase price at $80.84 per share, which has also made the area around $80 an important psychological support level.
Many investors think: if Binance was willing to buy at $80.84, why shouldn’t I consider it? That’s what’s bringing in buyers.
🔶 Price action
The latest rally went from $58 to a peak of $105. Since then, the price has pulled back by nearly 50%, landing right around the support near $80.
🔶 Technicals
The price quickly recovered after dipping below the EMA 100. Also, after the EMA 20 crossed below the EMA 50, the EMA 50 has continued to slope upward, and the EMA 20 is starting to turn back up—both are positive signs.
Now we just need to wait for volume to pick up and the EMA 20 to cross back above the EMA 50 to kick off the next rally.
Of course, if the price falls below the 100-day moving average, we’ll need to reassess. But based on the current chart, the area around $80 looks like a reasonably attractive entry point.
How can TermMax have so many badges? Today is day 220 of building my @TermMax . At first, I was completely clueless and didn’t understand how the entire DeFi protocol worked.
Later on, I dared to deposit a few thousand U and keep it there for months. And during my use, I even earned a few hundred U. #TermMax is the project that has accompanied me the longest—it truly helped me grow from 0 to 1.
When I first posted related content on Twitter, Twitter was still a new account. Sharing posts during the learning process gradually helped me become a small creator as well, and I even helped some KOLs answer questions about TermMax.
Here, I also hope to continue to deepen my involvement in the Binance Square using #TermMax . If you have any questions about this protocol, feel free to discuss them with me!!
The current known information is that the TGE is on the 25th of this month. The one-time circulating amount is 20%, i.e. 200 million TMX.
This includes 5% for liquidity and 15% for community allocation.
On-chain, this 15% has already been separated. The 2% shown on the third line in the chart is the total prize pool of 2m for the Binance Booster tasks.
As for the 1% and 0.8% plus 11.48%, it is not yet clear what they are. But it’s certain that they will be used as airdrop rewards for major exchange campaigns and on-chain tasks.
Of the 84.72%, 5% will be used as liquidity provision. It should be separated from the wallets within the next few days. The remaining portion—the @TermMax ecosystem and project team allocation—will be unlocked linearly.
The pre-market price has surged to around 0.19. As a long-time user who has been building for more than half a year, I remain continuously optimistic about it. <#TermMax >
