Starship The 13th test flight plan will take place at 06:45 Beijing time on July 17 at the Starship facility in Texas. This is the second full flight of the V3 version rocket. The core mission details include:

1. Deploying “Starlink”: Starship (S40) will carry 20 new-generation Starlink V3 satellites into orbit and release them one by one. Among them, 6 satellites are equipped with camera systems to capture real-time imagery and transmit data showing the condition of Starship’s heat shield during flight.
