BTC can stand in for JPMorgan Chase. ZEC can stand in for Swiss banks. Various other altcoins can be likened to A-share bank stocks.

Got into this coin for the first time and ended up completely stuck holding it. This feels awful.
A RMB stablecoin on the CFX chain?
Sol has moved into Shanghai? Why are these two images going viral?

How many times does the coin you’re holding need to go up for you to break even? I’ve listed them in order: $HYPE → 1.2x $TRX → 1.3x $XMR → 1.4x $BTC → 1.5x $BNB → 1.9x $ETH → 2x $SOL → 2.8x $TAO → 2.8x $XRP → 2.8x $NEAR → 4.1x $LINK → 4.1x $AAVE → 4.2x $ONDO → 4.6x $ZEC → 4.8x $XLM → 5x $SUI → 5.1x $UNI → 6.1x $HBAR → 6.6x $INJ → 6.6x $LTC → 6.7x $PEPE → 6.8x $ENA → 7.2x $DOGE → 8.9x $ARB → 12.8x $ADA → 13.2x $AVAX → 14.3x bitcoin-cash:native → 15.7x $FET → 16.2x $SHIB → 17.2x $BONK → 18.6x $ETC → 20.7x $SEI → 22.8x $WIF → 23.6x $APT → 24.5x cosmos:native → 24.8x $OP → 32.5x celestia:native → 38.4x $DOT → 48.5x $ICP → 111.8x filecoin:native → 210.3x I compared each coin’s current price with its all-time high. Look, most people get this wrong. People who say “it’s down 50%” think it only needs to go halfway back. That’s not how it works. It needs to go up 2x to break even. If it’s down 90%, it needs to go up 10x. If it’s down 95%, it needs to go up 20x. If it’s down 99%, it needs to go up 100x. So a small-looking percentage drop can mean a much larger multiple is needed to recover. filecoin:native needs to go up 210x to return to its all-time high. $BTC only needs to go up 1.5x. The coins at the top of the list are close to their highs because the money is still there. People holding the coins lower down say, “It’s cheap now. I’ll make a fortune if it bounces back.” But there’s no guarantee a coin will ever return to a price it once reached. How many times does the coin you’re holding need to go up to reach its high? Write it below. Save this. Before you buy another coin you think “can’t go any lower,” take a look at this list.

$XMR has relatively poor privacy performance. Although the ring signature mechanism is somewhat stronger than the mixing principle used by $DASH , ring signature technology can absolutely be cracked—and it doesn't even take a lot of computing power. The computing power of a personal computer with a 5080 is enough. So XMR, like DASH, isn't really a privacy coin. They're both wide open, just like BTC and LTC. Also, making a transfer with XMR is more complicated than with BTC or ZEC. The recipient also needs to know an additional ring signature key, which makes the transfer more complicated. If you enter the wrong key, the recipient won't confirm the transfer, which also limits its ease of use in practice. Personally, I think that if people are interested in privacy coins, they should just go straight for the completely black $ZEC . Time will prove that anything short of completely black just won't do. Everything else is fake—just an illusion.

CZ Binance Square AMA Recap: Bitcoin $200K, Altcoin Season, Meme Coins, and Advice for Beginners
In a recent AMA livestream on Binance Square, Binance co-founder and former CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) shared wide-ranging views on Bitcoin’s long-term outlook, altcoin season, meme coins, trading risks, and the evolving role of social platforms in crypto.Below is a full recap of the key takeaways.1. CZ Warns Against Launching Meme Coins Based on His X or Binance Square PostsCZ cautioned users against using social media posts from him or Yi He as justification to launch meme coins. He said such projects have an extremely low success rate, with unclear origins and high failure risk, and advised users not to assume endorsement based on casual mentions or posts.2. Beginners Should Start Small and Avoid FuturesCZ emphasized that crypto beginners should start with small capital, focusing on learning before scaling up.He strongly advised newcomers not to begin with futures or options, recommending gradual exposure instead of leverage-driven trading.3. Altcoin Season Is “Definitely Coming”According to CZ, altcoin season will arrive eventually, though the exact timing, duration, and which tokens will benefit remain unpredictable. He stressed that altcoin cycles are complex and cannot be precisely forecast.4. BNB Ecosystem Is Stable and Has Long-Term PotentialCZ described the BNB ecosystem as large, stable, and supported by many active builders. He expressed confidence in BNB’s long-term potential, highlighting continued development across the ecosystem.5. Prediction Markets Are Still Early and IlliquidOn prediction markets, CZ noted that the sector remains very early-stage, with few market makers. He said platforms like Polymarket reportedly rely on just one or two market makers, with most activity still centered on sports-related markets.6. Bitcoin Will Reach $200,000 — Timing Is the Only UnknownCZ reiterated a bold long-term view:Bitcoin will “definitely” reach $200,000, with uncertainty only around when, not if.He framed this as a conviction rather than a short-term prediction.7. Genuine Meme Coins Must Have Historical or Cultural MeaningCZ said truly valuable meme coins should have historical significance or strong narrative relevance. He estimated that over 90% of meme coins fail, warning early investors about high risk and stressing personal responsibility for investment decisions.8. Binance Square vs. X: Different FoundationsCZ explained that Binance Square and X operate on fundamentally different models. He expressed skepticism that X could easily enable crypto trading due to KYC challenges, noting that most Binance Square users have already completed identity verification.9. CZ Hopes Meme Coins Continue Growing — From a Builder’s PerspectiveWhile stating he no longer relies on meme coins to “get rich overnight,” CZ said he hopes meme coins continue gaining popularity. From a builder’s standpoint, he said his focus is on creating better, smoother tools for users rather than speculation.

ZEC's value creation stems from the trade-off between privacy technology and computing power costs. The development team's prioritization of the protocol over the wallet is an inevitable consequence of privacy complexities; the weak mining sector reflects market undervaluation, but capital attention may trigger computing power growth. Privacy, as a fundamental human need, will drive long-term value self-verification—ultimately, price will revert to cost, and value will revert to human nature. ($ZEC $BTC $ETH )

🔥 Seeing $AVNT and $ASTER rip higher, it’s hard not to think back—who still remembers the glory days of $DYDX and GMX?

Back in the last bull run, perpDEX projects were the kings of the track—$DYDX’s dominance rivaled today’s HYPE, pulling massive market share and attention. But the same hype that lifted it also trapped countless retail investors at the top. ⚡

Today, hopes linger that could shine again, but the reality is harsh—its golden era is likely gone. Any short-term rebound depends less on fundamentals and more on whether the perpDEX narrative heats up again.

📊 Lesson: narratives drive markets—once was the narrative, now it’s just chasing sparks. 🚀
