Злоумышленники придумали новый способ давления на россиян — запугивание судебными исками на миллионы рублей ради взлома устройств. Схема строится на рассылке электронных писем, замаскированных под досудебные претензии от имени юридических служб, в которых жертве угрожают крупными денежными взысканиями. Никакой конкретики о якобы совершённых нарушениях в таких письмах нет, зато получателю настойчиво предлагают открыть прикреплённый файл. Именно в нём спрятан вредоносный код, способный похитить личные данные, пароли и деньги пользователя.

MTS Bank demonstrated the strongest growth in its premium business among Russian banks. This is the conclusion of a major study by Frank RG, “Premium Banking in Russia 2026,” which examines the leading banks operating in this segment.

MTS Bank Premium recorded the largest increase in the number of affluent clients and the value of their investments, as well as growth in total assets under management.

From the middle of last year to the middle of this year, the bank saw the following changes: the number of affluent clients increased by a third, the funds in their accounts more than doubled, and assets under management in investment products (AUM) grew 1.7 times.

The bank notes that despite the expansion of its business, its approach remains flexible—in both decision-making and responding to client requests.

Over the past year, banks and marketplaces have gone from fierce competition to launching joint deals for customers. VTB and Wildberries have announced discounts of up to 6% on purchases on the marketplace. Of this, 3% is offered when paying with a VTB card, while another 3% is available to members of the WB Club program. This offer comes in addition to the bank’s main loyalty program, which provides cashback in rubles of up to 15% in selected categories. Russia’s largest shadow marketplace for selling paper VAT has ceased operations. Just three days before the quarterly tax return deadline, the organization notified clients that it could no longer administer shell companies.
