Fortitude Expands Credit Line to $50M—The ZEC Funding Detail Matters
Fortitude Mining has expanded its credit facility with parent Digital Currency Group from $26 million to $50 million. The amendment adds $24 million to the commitment, leaving approximately $31 million available to borrow, subject to the facility’s terms.
Fortitude expects the remaining availability to be funded in ZEC and plans to sell those tokens to finance mining equipment, facilities and expansion. The loans remain denominated and repayable in US dollars.
