US President Donald Trump has announced that a preliminary agreement between the United States and Iran has already been signed, with Vice President JD Vance indicating that the document could be released before Friday.
According to US officials, the memorandum of understanding (MOU) is relatively short—around one and a half pages—and serves as a framework for future negotiations rather than a final peace agreement.
