The U.S. Dollar Index rose about 0.4%, reaching its highest level since April last year. When policy expectations shift, the impact usually shows up first in the dollar, then spreads to the crypto market. How capital responds matters more than the news itself. Keep an eye on large transfers. $BTC

I’ve never paid attention to Brazilian stocks before. Are they really this strong? Their rally looks even more relentless than U.S. stocks.
The latest Brazil-related developments in crypto:
1. Brazil’s election sent stocks soaring and also affected sentiment in crypto markets After the first round of Brazil’s presidential election on October 4, Flávio Bolsonaro unexpectedly took the lead over Lula. Markets saw him as more likely to pursue fiscal austerity and spending reform, and the risk premium fell rapidly. This rally in Brazilian stocks appears to have been driven more by interest-rate expectations, fiscal expectations, and a return of foreign capital than by a sudden improvement in corporate earnings.
2. Brazil’s stock exchange B3 is advancing tokenized stocks and exploring stablecoin settlement This is one of the most noteworthy intersections between traditional Brazilian finance and crypto. B3 plans to launch a platform for tokenized listed stocks, enabling more flexible digital trading and settlement. It intends to issue B3RL, a real-pegged stablecoin, for settling tokenized assets. B3 is also evaluating new products, including weekly options on BTC, ETH, and SOL, dollar derivatives, and event contracts, but all require approval from Brazil’s securities regulator, the CVM.
3. Brazil’s central bank is tightening oversight of stablecoins and cross-border crypto payments Brazil’s central bank has brought stablecoins and cross-border crypto payments under a stricter foreign-exchange regulatory framework. This is neither simply bearish nor bullish for crypto: in the short term, it could raise compliance costs and make moving money in and out more cumbersome, but over the longer term, it could also make institutions more willing to enter through regulated channels.
4. Bitcoin reserve proposal still under discussion in Congress; not yet implemented Brazil’s Congress has previously proposed establishing a strategic reserve of up to 1 million bitcoins, allowing federal taxes to be paid in bitcoin, and retaining bitcoin seized through court orders, among other measures. However, Brazilian central bank officials have previously said that including crypto assets in foreign-exchange reserves would be “inappropriate.” The proposal still needs to be reviewed by several committees and is far from becoming law.
5. Binance and the Brazilian market Binance does not currently list local Brazilian stocks directly, such as shares of Petrobras, Vale, or the B3 exchange. Binance offers tokenized stocks through bStocks, but these are primarily U.S. stocks and ETFs, not Brazilian stocks. Binance has a substantial local presence in Brazil, supporting deposits and withdrawals in reais and services such as payment cards. It has also received approval to acquire a locally licensed brokerage, but this is part of its local compliance strategy and does not mean Brazilian stocks are listed on its global platform.
$1000PEPE Market Analysis: I stumbled across this token by chance. This fitness wheel says PEPE is headed into a bear market? Well, I’d better take a look at what’s going on with PEPE.
Since the last bear market, PEPE has fallen 92% from its peak of 2836. It’s now rebounded 140% to 426. After falling this much, how much lower can it go?
The weekly high landed right on the 0.618 level. Seeing 0.618 made me want to draw a butterfly or bat pattern. Going by the chart, it first drops to point C (-18%), then rises to the red line (+127%), and then breaks below the previous low (assuming -92%). That would fit the PEPE bear case.
A pattern behind altcoin rallies. It’s always been this way. Altcoin rallies need Bitcoin’s price action to cooperate.
Usually, after BTC makes a sharp move up, it enters a range or consolidates. If Bitcoin is still rising within that narrow range, that’s when altcoins start to rally. Bitcoin may only need to rise 0.2%, but that can be enough to send a strong altcoin up 20%. What should you watch for at this point? The first altcoin to rise can be treated as the leader. Within five minutes, look for high-market-cap tokens in the same sector or narrative and enter a trade. This requires traders to watch the market closely.
Some skilled traders and so-called gurus say you don’t need to watch the market, because they think that once you’ve entered a trade and set your take-profit and stop-loss, you’re all set. In reality, when we watch the market, we’re watching to decide which asset to choose before entering a trade! We’re watching to see which asset starts to show strength when the market makes an unusual move! We’re watching to see when a strong asset pulls back and where we should enter on that pullback.
This kind of market watching takes a lot of time.
For example, with the rally in $W , catching the right entry each time required watching the market for a long time and constantly switching timeframes to spot breakouts and pullbacks. When we trade, we’ll most likely enter within the green box, because the green box—that is, the consolidation—always lasts the longest. Open a charting app and look at the candlesticks: most of the time, the market is consolidating.
When you see W print a big bullish candle, look into which sector W belongs to. It turns out it’s mainly focused on cross-chain technology (Figure 2). Then look for other cross-chain projects with a similar setup and signs of unusual activity.
However, this kind of narrative-driven rotation only works in a bull market. In general, the top five coins on Binance’s gainers list are most likely being driven by speculation or short-term news. Unless you were lucky enough to get in early, it’s extremely difficult to trade them once they’ve already started rising. Looking for news after a coin has pumped is too late and not very useful; the reasons you find will just be post hoc rationalizations. The only useful thing is to judge whether the move can continue.
A certain address deposited $2.85 million worth of ENA to an exchange again, one month later—after the news broke, I watched the large orders first, then checked the price. The impact was limited; the price continued moving at its own pace. $ENA .
🔥 People insights: He Yi Changes in a company's leadership often attract community attention, but the platform's specific rules are always determined by official announcements. To verify whether personnel news is true, check Binance's official channels—don't rely on screenshots alone. $BNB is Binance's native ecosystem token. It can be used to offset trading fees and participate in activities such as Launchpool. If you found this useful, save it to revisit later.
Big money on the move? A new wallet withdrew 600,000 UNI from Binance 1 hour ago, worth approximately $4.61 million $UNI 24h Trading volume: $37.52 million, price: +1.09%. The price rise alongside the trading volume suggests money is flowing in. The news is just the spark; money is what really drives the move.

Crypto Basics | Why are there only 21 million bitcoins? Bitcoin adjusts its mining difficulty every 2,016 blocks to keep the average block time at around 10 minutes. Bitcoin halving is often linked to bull and bear market cycles, but so far there have only been four halvings to look at. Past price movements don’t mean the same thing will happen again. The issuance of new coins for $BTC is written into the consensus rules; no institution can temporarily increase the supply. Don’t invest with borrowed money. It can affect your judgment and lead you to make poor decisions.
$CHIP is currently the second-biggest gainer. I took a quick look at potential price targets for a long position. I’m looking at this because it has clearly broken out of a triangle pattern—an exceptionally clear chart pattern. The odds of further gains may be higher. Fundamentals: A three-part narrative combining AI, RWA, and DePIN; only 20% of the supply is circulating, so the small market cap makes it easier for funds to drive the price up. It is backed by firms such as Framework Ventures and Coinbase Ventures, and its initial loan volume reached $100 million, so it’s not just vaporware.
Things are happening—the news is buzzing again! Tariffs and the Iran conflict are backfiring, leaving U.S. manufacturers struggling to swallow the bitter pill. This is a steady development; just take note of it. There’s no need to change your trades because of it. $BTC , keep watching!
⬆️ $MAGMA sets a new 24-hour high at 0.2273, breaking the previous high of 0.2249. Rising faster than expected. Coins that rally quickly usually retrace quickly too, so keep up with the pace. Can the bulls hold on to their gains?
Who exactly is $CFX ? Conflux, founded in 2018, is a blockchain project whose chief scientist is Turing Award recipient Academician Andrew Yao. Many members of its core team come from Tsinghua University’s “Yao Class.”
As a public blockchain led by a technology team originating in China, CFX has conducted pilot collaborations with relevant Shanghai municipal departments, China Telecom, and other organizations in areas such as compliant applications, blockchain SIM cards (BSIM), and cross-border offshore digital settlement. News links are in the comments.
Following yesterday’s major news about China’s plans to develop blockchain, the token of this project—with its strong domestic roots—has risen.
Whether the rally can continue depends on how ambitious the blockchain development plan is and how closely it is connected to Conflux. A good project is one thing; the token price is another. Be aware of the risks.
