They say the more anxious you are, the harder it is to put down your phone?
When you’re anxious, your brain’s dopamine system is suppressed. Scrolling on your phone only provides brief, instant stimulation lasting 3 seconds each time. It also increases dopamine receptor tolerance.
Got up at 3 a.m. to stare at the charts for a while. In between, I tossed the dirty clothes I’d saved up for a week into the washing machine. Hearing the drum rotate somehow made me feel a little at ease.
I also trimmed the dried-up pothos on the balcony and replaced the litter for my steamed bun. Watching it dig a couple times, then settle contentedly, I suddenly thought that these tiny bits of order can be surprisingly soothing. Adult life doesn’t really have anything dramatic—just slowly straighten out, bit by bit, the corners that get messy.
After watching my emo screen, I switched back to the real world just as the clothes finished washing. While hanging them up, I noticed the balcony breeze was wonderfully cool. That’s good. No matter how bumpy the days get, there are always a few minutes that feel comforting. #独居日常 #Late-night Notes
I finished the last episode and still wanted to watch one more, so I went to the intro page of another movie and just stared blankly for ten minutes.
I can’t help feeling that once I close my eyes, I won’t be able to wrap things up properly today—though that “ending” was already gone a long time ago.
September is here—tonight the breeze finally has a little coolness. I just went out for a walk to get some fresh air and came back. Passing the big banyan tree downstairs in our community, I saw a few stray cats huddled together sleeping. One of them—its fur pattern—was especially like a steamed bun. I crouched there and watched for quite a while, not daring to get closer and disturb them. Suddenly I thought: even if the body is pressed together as tightly as possible, when you’re wandering, that little bit of territory in your heart is still yours. It doesn’t rely on anyone else. Like the days I’ve spent staring at market charts these past few years—I’m best at enduring impatience on my own, and I also understand how to enjoy those moments of solitude when moonlight falls on a clothes-drying rack. Anxiety is always around, but ease has to be found by yourself. Good night, world 💤
They say that out of ten people, nine get this question’s rush-answer wrong—dare you to try it?🤏
A driver drove through a red light. The traffic police clearly saw it, yet they didn’t stop him. Why?
· · · ·
Answer: Because he wasn’t driving at all—he was walking.
Got it? The two words “driver” are the trap, making you picture someone gripping the steering wheel—when in fact, it’s just a job title, and he’s only out walking. Getting it wrong isn’t exactly unfair, but these kinds of questions are so infuriating: getting it right isn’t satisfying, but getting it wrong makes you want to fight for another try.

🚀 Has the copycat season really come? Just look at this spot: $SOL
Current price 104.65, down 1.7% over the last 24 hours—slight pullback. I never guess when it comes to copycat market conditions; I only look at three signals:
1. Is $BTC holding steady? Current price 79,320, down 0.7% in 24 hours—if BTC is ranging or slowly grinding up, only then do funds dare to hunt for opportunities in copycats; 2. Does the leader lead? SOL is the barometer for copycat season. If it can’t break above 109.9, then most rebounds in other small coins are likely to be short-lived appearances; 3. Does volume follow through? If there’s no volume on the breakout, treat it as a fake move.
📋 My trading plan (personal thoughts only, for reference): Entry: scale in around 99.4; if there’s a breakout with volume above 109.9, you can chase a small position Position size: total copycat allocation ≤ 10%; never go heavy Take profit: TP1 at 107.3, TP2 move stop higher above 109.9 Stop loss: 2% below 99.4; for copycats, the stop loss must be firm and decisive Reason: high-volatility assets only pay for trends—not for holding and enduring.

⏰ Is now the right time to enter? My decision logic
Many people ask me whether they can buy now, and I usually look at these 3 points:
1️⃣ Is the price in a reasonable range? $BTC current price 79,702, support around 75,500 = a reasonable entry zone $ETH current price 2,497, support at 2,350 = worth watching in batches $SOL current price 105.10, reference support 99.8
2️⃣ Is overall market sentiment stable? Low fear index = weak market sentiment → may be a chance to pick up chips High greed index = rising bubble risk → caution needed
3️⃣ What is your risk tolerance? Before entering, ask yourself: can you still sleep if you lose 30%?
📋 My personal approach (for reference only): • Build positions in 3 batches, not all at once • Set stop-loss 2-3% below support • Keep 20% cash to add on dips

I have a friend who used to run an internet cafe next to the tech park. Later, when the cafe business went bad, he turned it into a chess-and-cards room, but he still kept a few machines in a corner for old regulars.
A couple of years ago, a young guy who often came to surf the web said he was playing some kind of blockchain game, farming tokens until his head hurt, and he had a pile of the project team’s “trash coins” in his hands. He wanted to cash them out and trade them for a graphics card.
My friend didn’t think much of it. Seeing that the coin’s price on the exchange wasn’t even fully displayed, he took it as a bonus and bought it at one cent each. In total he spent a little over three thousand yuan, took a pile of them into a cold wallet, and said, “Just keep them around for fun.”
At the beginning of this year, the landlord of the chess room raised the rent, so he didn’t want to keep doing it. Only then did he dig out the old ledger and remember this matter. After checking the price, he found that the coins he had just been keeping around were worth enough at their peak to cover ten years of rent.
He wasn’t really excited. He just smiled and said: if that kid had used one more graphics card to trade for them back then, I would definitely have thought he was stupid.
I asked him why he didn’t sell. He said, sell what? Now he just watches the numbers jump every day and tells himself — that three thousand yuan was probably the most worthwhile entertainment fee he’s ever spent in his life. After hearing this story, I laughed for a long time, then turned to look at the coins left over from my own all-in swap. Which coin did you sell too early and lose the most on?
🔰 Must-Read for Beginners | 5 Mistakes I Made When I First Entered the Market
Before I got in, I thought I could make money by luck. After getting in, I finally understood this:
❌ Mistake 1: Going all in One ALL IN, one time to zero. Entering in batches is the right way.
❌ Mistake 2: Chasing pumps and panic selling $BTC bought after it had already risen a lot, $ETH sold after it fell — exactly the opposite.
❌ Mistake 3: No stop-loss "Just hold on and it’ll be fine" — sometimes you really can’t hold on.
❌ Mistake 4: Trading coins based on tips Someone else’s signal doesn’t mean it suits you; you take the risk yourself.
❌ Mistake 5: Going heavy into $BNB / altcoins without understanding them If you haven’t researched a project’s fundamentals and are relying purely on feeling, you’ll end up paying tuition sooner or later.

At 3:25 a.m., Mantou was lying on the windowsill watching the lights in the building across the way.
There was clearly nothing going on tonight, but I still scrolled on my phone for a while. I deleted and rewrote that sentence, and in the end I still didn't send it.
There was a strand of hair on the pillow. I picked it up and looked at it, not knowing whether it had fallen out or turned white.
I only went to the gym once this week. After staying up late watching US stocks, I went to a 24-hour gym at 4 a.m. and lifted weights for half an hour on the way home. The wind in Shenzhen felt sweet. I actually don’t know if I’ve gotten thinner, but Manto’s chin looks less anxious now. These past two years, curled up on the sofa doing short-term trading, I’ve increasingly felt that muscles are more honest than K-lines. The soreness after working out traded for a rare sense of peace tonight from not staying up late. Tomorrow I’ll run another five kilometers, hoping to metabolize away the regret of chasing the highs on Thursday. Self-discipline is barely holding on, but at least I’m still willing to put myself through the wringer. Not bad. 🌙 #独居女孩的深夜自救 #Fitness is the confidence to go head-to-head with life
The phone has been dropped three times and was still fine I switched to a film that was several times more expensive but instead it cracked twice in a week
The more you take something seriously, the more likely it is to go wrong Why is that
🧠 Why do retail investors always buy at the top and sell at the bottom?
This is not an intelligence problem; it’s a human nature problem.
📈 When the market is rising: • Friends and social media are full of profit screenshots • The news starts covering crypto on a massive scale • $BTC breaks through 84,000, and $ETH rises along with it • → Retail investors: If I don’t get in now, it’ll be too late! (buying the top)
📉 When the market is falling: • Forums start posting "clear out and exit" threads • $BTC drops below 76,000, and emotions collapse • → Retail investors: I can’t hold on anymore, cut the loss! (selling at the bottom)
What is smart money doing? The opposite. They buy when retail investors are panicking and sell when retail investors are greedy.
💡 Learning to control emotions is the first lesson in crypto trading. When panic hits, check whether the support for major coins like $BNB is still intact.

I heard that if you don't sleep for 30 consecutive hours, your immune cells may, unusually, attack healthy neurons?
After normal sleep rhythms are lost, the probability of body temperature regulation going out of control skyrockets by 300%, and this is also one cause of a sudden worsening of acquired allergies

💼 Public Positions | My Current Allocation Strategy
First, the current market: $BTC : 79,867 | $ETH : 2,504 | $BNB : 763
My rough allocation (for reference only, not a call to action):
🔵 Core Position (60%): $BTC as the main holding. Bitcoin is the ballast of the crypto market, so I always keep a base position in any market conditions.
🟡 Growth Position (30%): $ETH + $BNB . ETH = the core of the DeFi/Layer2 ecosystem BNB = on-chain ecosystem + value supported by usage
🔴 Opportunity Position (10%): High-volatility altcoins, small position for upside potential. If it loses, it won’t affect the overall portfolio; if it rises, it’s a bonus.
Core logic: • Don’t put all your eggs in one basket • No stop-loss for core positions; if growth positions fall 15%, consider cutting them in half • Reassess the allocation every quarter
