#EvernorthNasdaqDebutClosesDown1.05% In one of the most eagerly anticipated corporate events in the digital assets sector, Evernorth Holdings (trading under the ticker XRPN) made its Nasdaq debut on Monday. Despite experiencing upward volatility spikes during the first hours of trading, the stock closed the regular session at $16.91, down 1.05% from its reference price. The company's stock market debut follows the completion of its corporate merger with SPAC Armada Acquisition Corp. II. With this move, Evernorth officially becomes the largest publicly traded treasury focused on the XRP token, emulating the pioneering institutional reserve model that MicroStrategy established with Bitcoin. Despite closing in negative territory on its first day, Evernorth's (XRPN) debut marks a milestone in the maturity of the Ripple ecosystem. It opens up a regulated, direct route for Wall Street institutional funds to gain exposure to XRP without needing to custody private keys or interact directly with crypto exchanges. The coming quarters will be crucial in assessing whether its yield-per-share strategy can outperform the market's direct returns. $XRP $LUMIA $CRV
