👀 SEC confirmed that XRP is not a security?

The Securities Commission filed an interlocutory appeal, where it wrote the following:

“The SEC does not require a reconsideration that the underlying assets here are nothing more than computer code with no intrinsic value.”

Instead, the agency is asking for a review of the judge's decision on sales and other distributions of XRP.
