Altcoin Network Developed by Telegram Leaves Its Competitors Behind

The Open Network (TON), whose user base is growing rapidly, has begun to leave its competitors behind.

According to the information shared by the blockchain platform Santiment, the number of non-empty wallets in Bitcoin broke an all-time record, reaching 53.85 million. There are more than 120 million full wallets in the Ethereum network.

Although this number is much lower in the TON network, TON shows the fastest growth among the largest cryptocurrencies.

The Open Network is a decentralized network developed by Telegram and started to be used in 2018.

TON's cryptocurrency, Toncoin, has gained more than 9% in value in the last week. Pantera Capital, which manages more than $5 billion in assets, announced last week that it invested in the TON network.
