Yesterday (10th), the Cyberspace Administration of China issued a notice proposing 13 work requirements for strengthening the management of "self-media" to local cyberspace authorities, including strictly preventing counterfeiting and strengthening qualification certification and display. These 13 work requirements include: strictly preventing counterfeiting; strengthening the display of qualification certification; standardizing the labeling of information sources; strengthening the management of information authenticity; adding labels for fictional content or controversial information; improving the rumor labeling function; standardizing account operations; and clarifying profit-making authority. Activation conditions; limit profits from violations; improve fan number management measures; increase the management of MCN organizations affiliated with "self-media"; strictly handle violations; strengthen the exposure of typical cases. The Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission requires local cyberspace departments to draw 13 red lines for "self-media" and supervise and inspect website platforms such as information, social networking, live broadcasts, short videos, knowledge Q&A, forums and communities.
